Strategic Direction

• Work must be carried out in all 8 components of the system

• Priority will be: - Focus on the customer (component #2) - Collaborate with other organizations (#4a) - One unified plan with Health Care Division (#3a)

• Important to establish some “early wins”

• Important to have a long-term focus - Scope of the challenge - Establish our role - Can’t do all things, but need to be a relevant player
