TCCSA Migration Plan

• District planning for training and equipment needs

SESSI Grant Award

• Award = $77,217• Training grant designed to meet the need of a

subset of users• Grant timeline extension has been requested

• Materials development – June-July, 2005• Begin training in August, 2005• Completion by the end of September, 2005

Unicenter ServiceDesk

• All DA-Sites (ITC) have attended the training at TCCSA

• ODE requirement for use in Fiscal and INFOhio support services

• TCCSA is currently using the application in all business units

• Response has been favorable

• TCCSA has begun training district personnel for local implementation

Server Installs

• 13 new servers have been purchased and are currently being installed

• Newer, faster technology• Modular configuration for reduced overlap

• Applications to be moved over in the next three months
