Be part of an epicurean journey with Michelin Star Chef Marcello Fabbri, who skillfully unfolds, for the second time, his culinary masterpiece, beginning with a unique cooking class on Sunday, 20 February 2011 at Café Lagoon at 12.00pm, where guests will meet Marcello and get an insight into techniques of cooking, learn all about the intrinsic of ingredients and flavours, and savour the 7 varieties of pasta dishes once prepared. Guests can also partake of a delightful private dinner with a 7-course truffles menu specially created and prepared by the Michelin Star Chef on both Sunday, 20 and Monday, 21 February. The night commences with cocktails at 6:30pm followed by dinner at Mayang Sari.
