辞旧迎新,杯盏交错。除了家家户户
团圆的年夜饭,企业年会亦是岁末
年初的一场重头大戏。相比前两年略显平
淡的境况,今年高端酒店企业年会举办情
况稳中有升,“国八条”后颇为受创的市
场在近两年中逐渐恢复士气。据本刊春节
前后的市场调研显示,豪华酒店年会预订
销售情况良好;而作为激励员工的常见手
段,企业年会在企业文化建设中的作用也
日益得到重视。
稳中有升年会仅限于元旦后、春节前举行,具
有“高度密集性”,一些资深酒店人士称
其是酒店当月的重头戏。曾几何时,大宴
宾客,大快朵颐是企事业单位年会的常见
之景。然而,随着2012年底中央实施“
八项规定”及“厉行勤俭节约、反对铺张
浪费”的重要部署,此番盛景一度成为部
分酒店的美好回忆。然而,根据国家统计
局公布的数据显示,2014年第四季度住
宿和餐饮业增加值/累计值达到11,198.8
亿元,相较前年同时段增幅明显,豪华酒
店客房餐饮市场亦呈现增长,无疑为年底
的年会销售奠定了坚实基础。
尽管2015年年初的相关数据尚未公
布,但根据本刊对高星级酒店的抽样调查
来看,今年年会的预订情况颇为乐观。
不少酒店纷纷表示对业绩的满意程度尚
可,今、去年的年会业务态势稳定。国
有企事业单位的年底聚餐自2012年起纷
纷缩小甚至取消,形式也发生了诸多变

的场所举办年会,可能使一些收入不高的
低层员工产生幻灭感。因此也应避免过度
奢华。但年会如过于寒酸,员工得不到良
好的体验,也会有所怨言。”
“利用年会可以增进跨部门之间的沟
通和了解。平时在工作中,各部门可能各
自为政,甚至存在隔阂,然而在年会轻松
愉快的气氛中,各部门在上台表演节目
时,可向全体员工展现自己的风采和工作
中的辛劳,获取其他部门的掌声和理解;
也可以利用敬酒和余兴节目等,与其他部
门培养和增进友情。在今后的工作中提升
团队协作精神。”帅萍博士补充道。
总而言之,年会归根结底都是为了向
员工传递企业核心价值观,达到鼓士气、
鼓干劲、实现整体提升的目的。有些企
业因为经营业绩下降或其他原因取消年
会,这样的做法不可取。遇到挫折,领
导首先不能泄气,否则如何鼓舞员工的
士气呢?
一家民营外贸公司人力资源经理
Annie向本刊透露,往年公司年会相
当隆重,下午全公司放假,举行文娱
表演,请专业乐队表演爵士乐和歌
舞,路过的市民也可以观赏。晚上
6点开始在一家高星级宾馆举行活
动,请一位明星主持,先是公司老
总和部门经理发言,接着表彰先进
个人,然后举行西式自助冷餐会,各部门
员工穿插上台表演节目,最后还有抽奖。
晚上8点半结束。员工都有参与意识,两
个星期前各部门就开始设计和排练节目。
不过今年活动压缩。下午文娱表演取消,
晚上表彰和聚餐保留,但聚餐改成传统圆
桌形式,各部门员工表演也没了。原因并
非经营业绩下降,而是新来的总经理不喜
欢这一套,他要压缩年会规模。员工们都
觉得有点扫兴。

“作为过年时期举办的仪式和庆典,
年会举办首先要做好‘体验’,要让员工
积极参与年会,让其意愿在年会的举行中
有所体现,从而获得良好的体验”,企业
文化研究专家,上海大学悉尼工商学院副
教授帅萍博士告诉本刊。“举例来说,很
多企业会选择在较高档的场所举办年会,
这样是有一定必要性的,会让员工在‘高
大上’的氛围中产生对企业的认同感和归

游团队的吸引力时,酒店销售总监余菊华
表示,酒店坐落在顺德大良CBD中央,
邻近广珠西线高速,顺德港和广珠城轨顺
德站,海陆空交通方便,此为对客户最大
的吸引力之一。其次,酒店正对顺德城市
绿肺顺峰山公园,拥有充足的自然资源可
供团队进行户外拓展等团队建设活动。再
者,万豪品牌的吸引力也是不可小觑的因
素之一。同时,酒店配备全城最大无柱式
宴会厅,硬件设施先进,配合品牌一贯的
优质服务和成熟模式,所有的一切均是对
客户的吸引力。
“倚靠顺峰山公园资源以及地理区位
的优势,再加上年会客户来自五湖四海,
部分年会拥有住房方面的需求这个先决条
件,年会的举办还会带动酒店客房预订情

于贡厨的概念也比较感兴趣,所以会去贡
厨或万豪中餐厅消费。可以说,年会的举
办会带给酒店整体收益的增加。”余菊华
补充道。
理性回归自古至今,酒桌宴席就一直是中国人
重要的精神舞台,岁末团聚更是历史传
统。酒店需要年会业务来把握市场、增加
经营收入,企业亦需这一形式来激发士
气,营造团结的氛围。诚如高力国际华东
区人力资源及业务运作董事杜顺娣女士所
言,希望一年一度的年会可以回报员工,
在辛苦了一年后可以让他们放松自己,感
受公司的温暖与认可。通过对员工的奖
励,让员工获得归属感。
本刊调查发现,就在年会市场呈现颓
势之际,各种年会新形式亦悄然兴起——
游玩式年会、乐活年会、主题年会、高科
技年会不一而足。而酒店为了迎合市场,
也在不断外延产业链,推出了送餐等更加
注重实效的服务。悠会网首席执行官黄刚
伟特别指出,近年来年会模式更偏向小团
队的会议加奖励旅游。而中小型企业也愈
来愈注重年会的品质,渴望在这方面向大
企业靠拢。
从上述事例可以看出,与前些年政策
出台伊始的风声鹤唳相比,今年诸多酒店
的年会市场已呈现理性回归。诚然,党政
机关的奢华年会已走向没落,但作为依靠
财政供养的公共服务机构,此种回归乃大
势所趋。而企业年会将进一步趋于丰富、
实效。毕竟,企业以盈利为目的,若能将
所创造的价值以年会等形式回馈员工,亦
不失为正能量的传递。
“扫兴”二字可谓违背了年会举办
的初衷,而如何让参会的员工们“尽兴而
归”,其中又大有文章可作。
各显身手当然,不容忽视的一点是,一些城中
的高星级酒店虽在知名度方面颇受认可,
但碍于其有限的场地面积和服务设施,对
于大型年会或综合年会往往无力承接,这
在一定程度上为郊县度假型品牌酒店带来
了机遇。与此同时,面临紧张的年会预
算,不少企业亦倾向将年会现场从市中心
移师到远郊,以寻求同样出彩的服务。
以阳澄湖费尔蒙酒店为例,年会客源
主要集中在昆山、苏州和上海三座城市。
在谈及酒店在年会市场的吸引力,酒店市
场销售总监袁惠娟向本刊表示,酒店户外
拥有独一无二的水上公园和有机农场,占
地200亩,可以举办各类团队活动,如攀
岩、GPS寻宝、破冰、有机蔬菜水果采摘
等。位于有机农场内的五谷烹饪学院,不
