Gujarat Sidhee Cement Limited bagged the Prestigious NCB Excellence in Field of Environment Award in all Indian Cement Sector for adopting best practices for pollution control, Greenbelt development measures, Conservation of natural Resources, Environmental audits & System implementation during the year – 2019 at GSCL, Sidheegram Works. The award ceremony was held at Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi during 3 rd to 6 th December 2019. On behalf of GSCL, Sidheegram, Mr. Dinesh G. Randad, Director-Works and Mr. H. K. Jadav, AVP – Quality Control and Packing Plant Operation received the Award from Dr. Bibekanda Mohapatra, Director General of National Council for Cement & Building Materials. Mr. Dinesh G. Randad was honoured by offering Chairmanship of Technical Session. Congratulations to Mr. Dinesh G. Randad & Team. On the occasion of completing successful 55 years, the Employers’ Association of Rajasthan organized a special ceremony on 15 th November 2019 at Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur. Hon’ble Mr. Parsadi Lal Meena, Minister of Industries & State Enterprise, Govt. of Rajasthan was the Chief Guests, who presented the winning trophy of “Best Employers Award 2018” to JK Cement Works, Nimbahera for its Outstanding CSR Performance in the category of Large Scale Industries of Rajasthan. Dr. Samit Sharma, Labour Commissioner, Labour Department, Govt. of Rajasthan and many executives of Labour Department were present on the occasion.

The award was received by JK Cement’s Mr. MS Shekhawat, AVP-HR & ER, Mr. Dileep Singh Krishnawat, GM-IR, Mr. Ashok Chelawat, GM-Accounts and Mr. Shailesh Choubisa, Manager-CSR. During the course of programme, President of Employers Association of Rajasthan, Mr. NK Jain said that prior to giving this award, the survey of all industries is carried out by an unprejudiced committee on various parameters and the winning trophy is provided to the best unit out of these. Congratulating JK Cement Works, on receiving the said award and thanking the Employer Association, Chief Guest, Mr. Meena said that the efforts made by them for good industrial environment in Rajasthan are commendable.

On receiving award, Mr. MS Shekhawat, Head-HR & ER, M/s JK Cement Works, expressed gratitude to the jury and said that this award will continue to inspire JK group for performing best in the field of Education, Sustainable livelihood and women empowerment in the surrounding villages, Water and Environment Conservation.

JK Lakshmi Cement Limited, Sirohi was recognized by Employers Association of Rajasthan for implementing robust OH&S Management System and Outstanding Performance in ill health and injury prevention. The Employers Association of Rajasthan awarded the Winner’s Trophy for Outstanding Performance in Occupational Health and Safety in Category - Large Scale Industries (Cement/ Chemical/Process Group). The application document for the Best Employer Award was judged by an eminent jury on the criteria of production efficiency, labor welfare, employee-employer relation, safety measures, endorsement from the labour union, grievance handling procedure, human resource management,

prevention of sexual harassment, cleanliness, CSR activities, energy performance and the awards won in the past. Mr. PL Mehta, Unit Head JKLC Sirohi and Mr. Sujeet Kumar Singh, DGM (Safety) received the trophy on behalf of JK Lakshmi Cement Limited from Mr. Parsadi Lal Meena, Honorable Minister of Industry, Government of Rajasthan, Dr. Samit Sharma, Labor Commissioner Rajasthan and Mr. NK Jain, President, The Employer Association of Rajasthan on 15th November 2019 at Jaipur. Mr. Krishan Mittal, VP (IT) was recognized with the Winner INFOSEC MAESTROS Award 2019 under the most exclusive “The Masetros 2019” (Top most honor for CIO’s and Infosec Leader of India) category. The Award is instituted by INFOSECURITY, CIOAXIS, BEATSTREAM MEDIA WORKS and presented by Acron. JK Lakshmi Cement Limited, Sirohi was recognized for implementation of innovative ideas and vision in the area of information technology. Mr. Krishan Mittal, Vice President (IT) received the Award from Mr. Deepak Kumar, Chief Editor, Bitstream Media Works and Mr. Vaidyanathan Iyer, Security Software Leader, IBM India/South Asia at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon on 22nd November 2019 in the presence of industry stalwarts and global information security leaders.

JK Lakshmi Cement Limited, Sirohi was awarded the NCCBM Environment Excellence Award in following categories.

The award was presented by the Director General of NCCBM, Dr. BN Mohapatra to Mr. PL Mehta, Unit Head JK Lakshmi Cement Limited Sirohi and Dr. Hitesh Sukhwal, Manager (Environment) during the 16th NCCBM International Seminar held at New Delhi on 3rd December 2019.

The Lakshmi Cement Limestone Mines of M/s JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., Sirohi was felicitated in various competitions organized during the 43rd Mines Safety Week 2019. The Final Day programme was organized at Ultratech Nathdwara Cement, Pindwara. The prizes were awarded by Mr. PK Maheshwari, Director Mines Safety Udaipur Region and Mr. Rajkumar, Director Mines Safety (Electrical). The theme of the 43rd Mines Safety Week was “Mines Safety, Cleanliness & Silicosis Awareness” organized under the aegis of Directorate General of Mines Safety, Udaipur Region The Mining Team of JKLC Sirohi won the following awards: Overall Performance - 2nd Position General Open Cast Working – 1st Position Mine Lighting – 1st Position General Cleanliness – 2nd Position Mine Machinery and Maintenance – 2nd Position Trade Test Prizes 1. Mr. Raja Pal from Think Lean QC of JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., Sirohi was felicitated in the Best Poster Category at National Level during the National Convention.

JSW Cement, Vijaynagar Plant has been declared as “Winner 2019” in Cement Sector for Outstanding achievement in Safety Management in 18th Annual GREENTECH Safety Award 2019, by Greentech Foundation, New Delhi. It’s a one more Feather in the Cap of JSW Cement, Vijaynagar Plant.

Mines Safety and Productivity Council Week 2019 conducted under the aegis of Dy. Director General of Mines Safety, Hyderabad Region and Safety Week starts from 27th November 2019 to 1st December 2019. The total 12 A group mines and 5 B group mines have been participated in this safety week. The Inspection team has inspected mines KCP limestone Deposit-II mine & Terala Mine on 27th November 2019. The Zonal Level final day function was held at M/s Parasakthi Cement Industries Ltd, Jettipalem on 1st December 2019. KCP Unit-I have won the following prizes.

KCP Management is extremely happy to inform that Cement Unit – II, Ramakrishnapuram, Muktyala have received the prestigious "16th National Award for Excellence in Cost Management-2018" from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. This Award was given to KCP for the 3rd time in a row after critical review by Jury of eminent personalities.

The event was held on 25th October, 2019 at The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi. This Award was presented by Mr. Anurag Singh Thakur, Hon’ble Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs to Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao, Vice President–Operations and Mr. GN Murty, CFO on behalf of KCP for Cost Record maintenance and cost management.

This Award is in recognition of excellence in Cost Management implemented in Cement Unit-II. This Award will take KCP group to newer heights. KCP received this award in 2016 and 2017 also. On this happy occasion Management congratulated all KCPeers for achieving the above Prestigious National Award continuously showing sustainability in 3rd consecutive year also.

On the occasion of 35th Mines Safety Week celebrations KCP Cement Unit – II has bagged 4 Zonal level Awards in Zone-II, A-1 Group. A team of members inspected Muktyala Limestone Mines on 30th November 2019. The team consisting of Mr. V. Subramanyam, Chief General Manager (Mines), Sagar Cements Limited as Convener and the team members are Mr. M. Appala Raju, AGM (Mines) of My Home Industries Limited and Mr. R. Ravikanth Naidu, Manager (Auto), Zuari Cements Limited.

KCP has bagged 4 Zonal level Awards in Zone-II, A-1 Group, in the above competitions and won prizes in the concluding day function organized by Parasakthi Cements in Piduguralla., also, KCP were awarded Overall Second prize in the above mentioned category and prize will be Distributed at State Level final day function conducted by M/s Bharathi Cements Limited, Cuddapah.

KCP Cement Unit-II, has bagged the “Certificate of Commendation for Achieving Excellence in the field of Energy and Environment 2017-18 & 2018-19” award in Indian Cement Industry for the years 2017-18 and 2018-19 in recognition of its significant contribution to Energy Saving initiatives and for the implementation of Environment cleaning mechanism towards the

improvement in environmental balance in Cement Unit – II during 2017-18 & 2018-19 financial years. The award was presented to KCP during the 16th NCB International Seminar on Cement, Concrete and Building Materials held on 3rd December, 2019 at Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi.

CPU–II, Vice President–Operations, Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao received the award from Union Minister of State for Commerce & Industry and Railways, Mr. Piyush Goyal. VP-Operations attributed the success to

the collective efforts by the KCP in implementation of Energy saving measures.

The award was presented to KCP during the 12th Edition of conference on EHS for Responsible Business and Award Ceremony of the CII-SR EHS Excellence Awards 2019 held on 18th December 2019 at ITC Grand Kakatiya Hotel, Hyderabad

CPU–II, Vice President–Operations, Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao received the award from Ms. Vanitha Datla, Past Chairman – CII Telangana and Vice Chairperson & Managing Director, ELOCO Ltd. VP-Operations attributed the success to the efforts by the KCP team in implementation EHS Best practices. Orient Cement Limited, Devapur plant received “GOLD CATEGORY AWARD” from Grow Care India Safety Awards 2019 in Cement Sector.

“Best Supporting Organisation for Quality Circle Movement for the year 2019” was received by The Ramco Cements Limited, Jayanthipuram Works from Mr. M. Venkaiah Naidu, Hon’ble Vice President of India. The Ramco Cements Limited, Jayanthipuram Works has received this award consecutively for 10th time. The Ramco Cements Limited, Jayanthipuram Works have nominated 17 QC teams for CCQC-2019, Hyderabad chapter and all 17 teams received GOLD award.

In September 2019, 7 QC teams of The Ramco Cements Limited, Jayanthipuram Works have participated in the 19th Chapter Convention on Quality Concepts held at Hotel Green Park, Visakhapatnam. All 7 QC teams won Gold awards.

Eight teams from The Ramco Cements Limited, Jayanthipuram Works have participated in 33rd National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC) held at Varanasi from 27th to 29th December 2019. In Eight teams, four teams received Par Excellence award, four teams received Excellence award. Apart from the above Mr. B. Rambabu, Jr. Engineer - Mechanical received Best poster award and Ramco Rainbow (Instrumentation) team received consolation prize in spot quiz.

Shree Digvijay Cement Co. Ltd (SDCCL) is awarded with “Leadership Award” for the excellent Health & Safety Awareness Drive in the year 2018-19 by Industrial Safety - CSD, Gujarat.

NEW PRODUCTS & CERTIFICATION In view of completion of 75th Glorious Year of Shree Digvijay Cement Company Limited (SDCCL), SDCCL has launched its new Logo of Kamal Cement on 2nd October 2019.

On the occasion of the successfully completion of Shree Digvijay Cement Company Limited’s (SDCCL) 75th Glorious Year, “Sankalp Parv” celebrated at Rajkot on 2nd October 2019. On this occasion SDCCL has launched the new product of the cement “CEMENT KA SARDAR” with the new Kamal Logo.

NEW PLANT AND ACHIEVEMENT

Celebrated Centenary (100 Years) of Kesoram Group on 18th October, 2019 at Vasavadatta Cement, Sedam Main Gate. Mr. G. Srinivasa Reddy, Plant Head addressed the gathering. On this occasion various programmes were carried out. Special Pooja was performed at Sri Balaji Temple and Jagadamba Temple followed by the Gau (Cow) Pooja. All the HOD’s and Ladies club members and employees were present. Sweets Pockets were distributed to all the employees including contractor labour.

INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT In the month of November, 2019 as a part of CSR activity the Anjani Portland Cement Limited supported by giving 4.2 MT of Steel and 17 MT of Cement worth of Rs.2.38 lakhs for construction of Church in the SC Colony, Gudimalkapuram village. Almost 60 families are getting benefit of this for prayers and Christian festival celebrations.

In the month of December, 2019 Anjani Portland Cement Limited have arranged in Kothagudem Thanda Village 6 number of hume pipes for 3 culverts to improve the hygienic conditions in the village and to drain the rain water and usage water, the total cost incurred was Rs.40,000/- for arranging the same.

CCCPL, Karikkali Works has strengthened the existing banks of Alambadi pond for more storage of Rain water in it, which will support increasing the Ground water level at the cost of Rs.1.0 Lacs nearby CCCPL, Karikkali Works Alambadi mine.

Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited converted another village in Meghalaya to Clean Lighting Village. Umlong Village in Meghalaya has been converted to a clean lighting village by distributing more than 100 solar lanterns. The village faces erratic power supply due to frequent breakage of power transmission wires because of rains. The entire village has been provided with solar solutions and will not use kerosene for lighting purposes. Dalmia Group has so far converted 116 villages to Clean Lighting Villages, wherein kerosene is not used for lighting purpose.

NAVRATRI CELEBRATION The most flamboyant and happening Navaratri Celebrations were seen at GSCL, Sidheegram for 10 days. All colony residents dressed up in traditional and colorful costumes danced gracefully in groups and enthusiastically performed “Raas Garba” and “Dandia Raas”. With a concept of “No to Plastic” Sidheegram residents under the leadership of Director – Works, Mr. Dinesh G. Randad celebrated Plastic Free Navratri with unique concept to spread a message to society.

Navratri the festival of joy and Spirituality celebrated by NKDAV Public School. Children and Teachers plays Garba in Traditional Dresses and enjoyed the event.

JK Cement Nimbahera & Mangrol celebrated festival of veneration and worship – “Navratri Mahotsava” with great reverence and faith. The programme was organized at JK Cement Works at Mangal Mandap in Kailash Nagar Colony No. 1 at Nimbahera on 3rd October 2019 and at Sushila Nagar Colony at Mangrol on 5th October 2019. At the festival site, Mangal Mandap with attractive decoration was established. The idol of Goddess Durga was established with veidic rituals. The programmes of worship of the deity, garba dance by girls, ladies and gents and Prasad distribution took place throughout the function.

Mr. SK Rathore, President-Operations, JK Cement, Nimbahera & Mangrol expressed his happiness and appreciated all to participate in the programme with full enthusiasm. VIJAYA DASHMI (DUSSEHRA) CELEBRATION Ayuthapooja celebrated in CCCPL, Ariyalur Works at Admin building and in the Technical office building in a grand manner on 7th October 2019. All the employees, their family members and contractors’ workmen joined in the auspicious function and offered prayers. Pooja was also performed in the respective department locations.

Based on existing practices Ayutha pooja performed at CCCPL, Karikkali Works on 7th October 2019. Unit Head cum Joint President-Works, Mr. M.U. Subramaneyan and all CCCPL, Karikkali Work’s workforce participated along with their family members. Festival of Vijaya Dashmi, following to Navratri, celebrate the triumph of godly powers against the evil forces. The celebration followed by “Shastra Pooja”. Mr. Dinesh G. Randad, GSCL, Sidheegram performed Shastra Pooja at Administration building in presence of executives and employees. Ravan Dahan was organized in the evening of Dussehra in Cricket Ground in the presence of Colony Residents and people from nearby community.

The National Dussehra fair was organized in Nimbahera during 30th September – 8th October 2019. J.K. Cement organized Build safe Exhibition in the fair. Mr. Rathore in his inaugural speech said that JK Cement is going to set up a Plastic Waste segregation plant at village-Mangrol at the cost of approx. 4 crores. He shared the valuable inputs of plastic waste disposals from

his recent Germany tour meeting attended on the topic of “Used Plastic Waste Management”. Under this project, the product generated from the disposal of the waste plastic collected from nearby areas would be used in the cement plants. The process of making fertilizer from the liquid waste will also be started soon. With the help of these methods, the problem of used plastic disposal can be resolved drastically. After inauguration, the dignitaries, journalists and general public viewed both the exhibitions. This time the branding team has made a drastic change in the traditional exhibition and has given an attractive and gorgeous look, in which Photo gallery, model of the plant, Railway Wagons, Special Game-Zones of “Snake & ladder” and “Boxing power” are kept for viewers. Games are kept for children where they are awarded by quiz rounds. Selfie Zone was created in view of the increasing craze of selfies in youth, so that people in the fair can save their memories with themselves in selfies. Additionally, through video project can, they can get a lot of information about the company. On the occasion, Mr. Shailesh Choubisa, Manager-CSR informed the distinguished guests that in last 5 years Surbhi Mahila Grih Udyog have trained about 3000 ladies for various employment oriented jobs keeping in mind the empowerment of ladies in rural areas and to uplift their social and economic strata. The Sparsh Sanitary Napkin, a cheap and quality product of Ladies Self Help Group, is being distributed in this sub-division and “Udaan” & “Sarathi” Project related awareness programs are being conducted in the anganwadis, schools and amongst women of this subdivision by its Co-ordinator. Items like pickles, papad, spices, bags, handloom etc. were exhibited in the exhibition. The products manufactured by this group are cheap and of good quality and the revenues generated from the sale of these items are given back to these groups. The viewers appreciated the efforts of Surbhi Ladies Home Industries. On this, the Chief Guest inspired the group members and motivated them to work with passion and enthusiasm. DIWALI CELEBRATION Like every year, the auspicious occasion of Deepawali was celebrated with joy and enthusiasm at GSCL, Sidheegram. Spiritually, Laxmi Pooja and Chopda Pujan was performed by Mrs. & Mr. Dinesh G. Randad, Director-Works in the presence of employees and families at the Administration Building.

GSCL, Sidhee Ladies Club celebrated Diwali-New Year in a grand manner. Programme was opened by Dr. Mrs. Madhuri Randad by lightening up the Lamp and Laxmi Pooja. Members of Ladies Club organized various exciting programmes like Dance, Games, Annual Gift Distribution and delicious Dinner onset of Diwali-New Year Celebration.

Onset of Diwali Celebration Rangolies were designed and prepared by Employees and Families at various Places in GSCL, Sidheegram Plant and Colony. Best Rangoli was prepared by GSCL Heath Centre team under the guidance of Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Chintan Bundela.

On the auspicious occasion of Deepawali, Laxmi poojan was organized at JK Cement Works, Accounts Department of Nimbahera and Mangrol plants. Mr. SK Rathore, President-Operations, Mr. KM Jain, Head-Commercial and Mr. DK Patel, Technical Head were graced the occasion and wished all the

employees to have a happy, safe and prosperous Diwali. Employees present in pooja showed great devotion and prayed for a prosperous year.

For colony residents of both the plants, “Deepawali milan” was organized by JK Officers Club at Kailash Nagar colony, Nimbahera. Different kind of games and activities were performed and winners were facilitated. The get-together function concluded with the dinner. Diwali festival is one of the important festivals celebrated in India. On this occasion, Sri Lakshmi Pooja was performed in JSW Cement, Vijaynagar plant. All the employees and outsource employees participated enthusiastically and taken the blessings of Goddess Sri Lakshmi.

On the occasion of Diwali, organized cultural events at KCP Kalavedika on 27th October 2019 at 7.30 pm onwards. VP-Operations couple lit up the lamp along with HODs’ families. Later Children performed classical dance and organized lucky dip. Narakasura vadha event was organized and burnt the effigy with a grass arrow. Traditional foods served for the colony residents.

On the above occasion VP – Operations has given message to the gathering and said that India, the land of rich cultural heritage, has one or the other festival for every month. It is the spiritual and religious richness in India that each festival is related to one or the other deity.

One of such festival is the 'festival of lights' – Deepawali i.e. deepala varasa (Row of Lights). It is the glorious occasion to the festivity is the colorful display of lights. Like every other Hindu festival, stories from Mythology are associated with Diwali too. The most famous legends behind the celebrations of Diwali are Lord Srikrishna and Satyabhama. Narakasura, the son of Srimahavishnu and Bhoodevi attacked Srikrishna and fell down on the chariot. Satyabhama killed Narakasura. On the arrival of Lord Srikrishna along with his wife Satyabhama to Dwaraka, marking the pleasure of getting rid of Narakasura, people decorated their homes as well as the city of Dwaraka by lighting tiny lights all over, and welcomed their beloved Lord. On the occasion of Deepawali, performed Lakshmi Pooja in CCR ground floor on 27th October 2019. Accounts Department Decorated pooja mandir with flower garlands and decorative items. VP-Operations couple has performed Lakshmi Pooja at 11.00 am; all Indiranagar colony residents were attended. Colony ladies were honored with tambulam and offered prasadams.

TRIPARTITE SAFE MEETING 2019 Tripartite Safety Meeting - 2019 was held on 21st December 2019 at Chennai. The Director General of Mines Safety – Southern Region and his deputies from mines safety enforcement side, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and Mining Officials from CCCPL, Karikkali Works Management side and Workmen representative were participated in this meeting. During this meeting the enforcement authority shared lot of information about mine safety practices to strengthen the existing safety systems at CCCPL, Karikkali Work’s mines.

Director (Mines Safety), JK Cement’s Mr. KN Khandelwal, Director and nominated Owner of Mines, Mr. SK Rathore, President-Operations, Mr. Maheem Kachhwaha, Head-Mines, Mr. Manish Toshniwal, AVP-Mines, Mr. MS Shekhawat, AVP-HR & ER, JK Cement Shramik Sangh’s President, Mr. Nahar Singh Devra and Mr. Mukesh Nath Yogi and Secretary, Mr. PK Saxena, Mr. Dharmpuri Goswami, a large number of Labour representatives of various mines, officials of Mining Department and contractors were present on the occasion.

At the outset, the dignitaries on the dais were extended warm welcome by offering them bouquets. In his welcome speech, Mr. Maheem Kachhwaha said that mining is a risky job but by following safety rules and with mutual discussions in tripartite meetings the situation can be improved with safe working in mines. He then revealed the factual position of safe and environment friendly work culture of mines of JK Cement Works and said that as a result of this, in the last decade no accident took place in any of our mines. Mr. Kachhwaha put up the resolutions taken during last tripartite meeting, which were approved in the meeting after positive discussions. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. SK Rathore, President-Operations said that with the dialogue between Management and workmen’s representative, a consensus on safe working develops which is very important to follow safety rules. He welcomed the suggestions came out during the meeting and said that these are very much helpful in the progress of establishment and the nation as well. Mr. PK Maheshwari, Dy. Director of Mines Safety, Udaipur Region expressed satisfaction over safety, legal and practical aspects followed in the mines of JK Cement Works. He further said that JK Cement Mines are working according to safety standards. He also suggested that there are possibilities for their improvement. JK Cement has to propagate its safety standards. Safety should always be maintained in the mines by providing various types of trainings to sustain in the changed working conditions. In his address, Mr. Manish Toshniwal shared the details of works done on different points discussed in last meeting through Power point presentation. Mr. PK Joshi also focused on various points taken up during 11th National Safety Seminar and directed all to implement the same in their working. Union President Mr. Nahar Singh Devra appreciated for organizing the meeting and said that JK Cement Management provides all necessary safety equipment to its employees. Mr. KN Khandelwal, Director and nominated Owner of Mines, JK Cement said that the safety measures should be implemented and followed in totality in our Establishment. Increase in production and our further progress is only possible in safe environment by using the safety equipment’s. The

management is focused on the training of workmen and welcome their suggestions. The meeting nicely conducted by Mr. RC Vyas, Sr. Manager (Mines) concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Mr. Amarjeet Chakraborty.

On 29th October, 2019 Anjani Portland Cement Limited (APCL) have celebrated first anniversary of Sai Baba Temple in the colony. The programmes were started from 7.00 AM onwards, a procession was being carried out from Unit Head house to the temple. As a part of the celebrations Cow pooja, Navagraha pooja, Homam, Abhishekam, Alankarana and Ashirvachanam was conducted. All the residents of Colony - gents, ladies and children - were actively participated in all the activities. Lastly prasadam was distributed to all the participants.

On the occasion of Karthika Pournima (Full Moon Day) on 12th November, 2019 at about 7.00 PM APCL Unit Head, Mr. N Venkat Raju along with his family and Colony ladies performed Pooja at Sri Sai Baba temple in the colony and ignite 10000 lamps in the premises of the temple. In the afternoon itself colony ladies with the guidance of the Ladies club President, Smt. Usha Lakshmi drawn Pictures, Rangoli and filled with various colours and in the premises of the temple and arranged soil lamps of 10000. All the Colony residents participated in this programme and afterwards prasadam was distributed to all.

Monthly Safety Open House Meeting was held at CCCPL, Ariyalur Works on 7th October 2019. Unit Head, Mr. M. Sundarmoorthy presented the prize of best suggestion employees, based on evaluation of various safety parameters.

Free Eye camp conducted at CCCPL, Ariyalur Works for Lorry Drivers and Helpers with support of M/s. Shell Limited, on 10th to 12th October 2019. The around 400 people tested, about 150 spectacles issued to beneficiaries. CCCPL Unit Head, Mr. M. Sundarmoorthy lighted the inaugural function.

To impart Road Safety knowledge of Lorry Drivers a Training programme on “Transportation Safety” was organized at CCCPL, Ariyalur Works Lorry Parking area Training Centre on 9th November 2019. Mr. P. Jayaprakash, PCRA (Southern Region) was the faculty of the training programme. He explained and demonstrated various road safety measures to the lorry drivers.

All the employees and their dependents residing in CCCPL, Ariyalur Works SigappiAchi colony were provided Neelavembu Kazghayam on 9th November 2019 free of cost to prevent them from Dengue fever. Around 520 residents took Neelavembu Kazghayam and got benefited.

To enrich the knowledge of its Marketing Executive, a Training programme on “Branding Business Positively” was organized by CCCPL, Ariyalur Works at its Training Centre. Mr. M. Antony Prakas, Sr. Manager (CLEAD) was the Trainer. Mr. M. Sundaramoorthy, Unit Head delivered the special address on 21st November 2019.

National Energy Conservation Day Celebrated at CCCPL, Ariyalur Works with the objective of creating awareness about Energy Conservation, Energy Efficiency and Energy Economy among the employees. Drawing, Speech, slogan writing and Quiz Competitions regarding Energy Conservation were conducted for employees. Unit Head, Mr. M. On 25th November 2019 Half-day (FN) training programme was held at CCCPL, Karikkali Works on “LOTO-Electrical Safety” (Lock out and Tag out) conducted by Mr. Binu Nair and Mr. Narayanasamy from M/s. Corporate Safety & Health Pvt. Ltd., Chennai and they conducted LOTO survey in CCCPL, Karikkali Works manufacturing facility.

As requested, worth of Rs.1.5 Lacs - “25 sets of Desk and benches” were donated to Govt. Hr. Sec. School, Kurunikulathupatti near CCCPL, Karikkali Works Devarmalai Mines on 21st November 2019 for the benefit of pupils. CCCPL, Karikkali Works Unit Head cum Joint President-Works, Mr. M.U. Subramaneyan handed over these to the School Head Master. Sr. Vice President (Mines), CCCPL, Karikkali Works also present.

To create awareness on “Swattchtha Pakhwada” among the school students, CCCPL, Karikkali Works organised celebration between 16th to 30th November 2019, in association with Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM) at 4 Govt. Schools such as Panchayat union Middle school, Rani Meyammai High School at Seethainagar Mines and Kurunikulathupatti Higher Secondary School and Mettupatti Elementary School, near Devarmalai Mines. As part of Dengue preventive measure, mosquito fogging work had done by CCCPL, Karikkali Works at Prabhagoundapaati and Karikkali hamlets nearby its works during of November 2019 and December 2019.

On 21st November 2019, one day training programme titled as “Plan Situation Yourself” (PSY) conducted for CCCPL, Karikkali Work’s executive team members and half - day training programme held on 22nd November 2019 for CCCPL, Karikkali Works operatives titled as “Move a Fresh”. These were conducted by Mr. S. Antony Amala Prakash, Sr. Manager - Training from corporate office.

CCCPL, Karikkali Works marketing team organised one day industrial visit for Individual Home Builders (IHB’s) on 26th December 2019 from Dindigul and Theni districts. About 35 – IHB’s were visited the plant along with their spouse for gaining knowledge about cement manufacturing process. CCCPL, Karikkali Works Technical team explained various cement manufacturing and how CCCPL products are superior to others in quality and durability. Unit Head cum Joint President-Works, Mr. M.U. On 13th December 2019, the second year B.E. ECE Department 45 students and 2 faculty members from Chettinad College of Engineering &Technology, Karur were visited for Industrial exposure. CCCPL, Karikkali Work’s technical team members explained about cement process and automation technology.

Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited (DCBL) commits to Certification of HMV Commercial Drivers through Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF) by signing a MoU with Logistics Sector Skill Council for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for HMV Commercial Drivers. With this MoU, the Skill Council approved DBF to act as an extended arm to facilitate training, assessments and certification of 10,000 HMV drivers across DCBL plants by March 2020.

Dalmia’s 4th World on Wheels (WoW) bus was inaugurated by Mr. Pankaj Dixit, District Magistrate, Rohtas in the presence of district officials, Mr. SK Gupta, Regional Head DCBL and Mr. R K Banveer, Unit Head, DDSPL, Rohtas, media personnel and people from neighbouring villages. Dalmia now operates 4 WoW and 2 CSL commissioned in partnership with HP across their locations, providing e-learning, e-health and e-citizen services. District Magistrate Aurangabad also visited the HP WoW bus and admired the facilities of digital literacy for rural areas.

The Bengal Gram Farmer Producer Company, Kadapa, promoted by Dalmia has got Dealership approval from Andhra Pradesh State Seeds Development Corporation (APSSDC), a government organization. Through this, the FPO can pursue additional income source by undertaking distribution of seeds supplied by APSSDC as well as procurement and Foundation Seed promotion. This is the first FPO in Andhra Pradesh to get this approval from the Government.

A team of 10 people from Bajaj Foundation visited Dalmia Bharat CSR projects in Kadapa. Andhra Pradesh to understand the projects. The team visited Integrated Watershed Management Project, HP WOW, Farmer Producer Organizations, Self-Help Groups and also interacted with the beneficiaries. At the outset, Mr. Maheem Kachhwaha, Head-Mines, JK Cement and National Council Member, Mining Engineers’ Association of India welcomed all the guests. On this occasion, students of Maharana Pratap University, CTAE Mining College, Pacific College, SS Engineering College and Singhania University were awarded prizes in the form of cash for their outstanding writing in essay competition on the theme of “Mining for Better Tomorrow” organized by the Association. The new Central Lubrication Room was inaugurated on 22nd October 2019 at JK Cement Works, Nimbahera. Mr. Rajneesh Kapur, Business Head-Grey Division, JK Cement was the Chief Guest.

At the beginning, Mr. Surendra Singh, DGM-PM Cell welcomed the chief guest Mr. Kapur, Mr. SK Rathore, President-Operations, JK Cement, Nimbahera & Mangrol, Mr. Jayant Malhotra and other dignitaries. Mr. Kapur performed the ribbon cutting ceremony.

In his address, Mr. Rathore said that the new Central Lubrication Room is equipped with modern grease/oil filling and dispensing systems, which is not only beneficial in smooth operation of Lubrication but also nullify the risk of contamination and leakage. It is also equipped with 4 oil filter machines, moisture testing equipment, NAS value tester which enhances the life of oil as well as site equipment.

At the outset, all dignitaries lit the ceremonial lamp and cut the cake on successful completion of 45 years of Nimbahera plant and commissioning of Line III, Mangrol. Chief Executives, Mr. Rahghavpat Singhania and Mr. Madhavpat Singhania addressed the gathering and appreciated the efforts taken by all team members and congratulated all on achieving both the milestones. A lucky draw was also conducted. The Gala Night included an exciting performance by India's Got Talent Fame - Beat Breakers Group, who enthralled the audience with their upbeat dance performance, energy and amazing moves. The star attraction of the event was the breathtaking performance by legendary singer Shaan & Group, which left the audience spellbound. For this grand event, meticulous arrangements were made for the 6000 audience.

At the end, Chief Executives honored Singer Shaan by presenting a shawl and memento. Mr. Rajnish Kapoor expressed vote of thanks to all senior dignitaries. The programme was concluded with the distribution of snacks.

The 43rd Mines Safety and Silicosis Awareness Week was celebrated under the auspices of Indian Mines Bureau, Udaipur Region, in which all five mines of J.K. Cement participated. A function was organized from 14th to 16th December 2019 at J.K. Lime Stone Mines, Maliakhera in the presence of Mr. SL Jigoniya, Convener of Mines Inspection Team and his Team members Mr. CP Thaparia and Mr. Rahul Sharma. During Awareness week, the team inspected thoroughly all Mines of JK Cement and appreciated the measures taken to ensure safety.

After extending cordial welcome to the distinguished guests and Inspection Team members by executives and employees of the Company, programme started with lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Chief Guest, Mr. SL Jigoniya and other Guests. Delivering welcome speech, Mr. Maheem Kachhwaha, Head - Mines said that JK Cement workers engaged in Mines are being trained on regular basis to ensure safe working. Recently two mines are being operated by the JK Cement, where Management has provided latest safety tools and ensures its use at workplace. Due to the combined efforts, there was zero fatal occurrence in last 10 years. In the programme, Mr. Vikas Pitaliya administered the oath to obey rules and regulations of mine safety in the presence of Senior Executives, employees and workers of all five Mines. On this occasion, Students of Lala Kamlapat Singhania Public School presented welcome and Safety songs. Employees and workers also disseminated the message of safe working through their safety songs, poems and skit. An exhibition was also organized to display the monitoring tools used in Mines with posters and slogans.

Chief Guest, Mr. SL Jigoniya in his impressive speech expressed satisfaction for the safety measures adopted in the mines of J.K. Cement Works and said that the mining work in JK Cement Mines is being carried out since four decades and continuously JK Cement Management has elevated the standard of safety in its Mines, which is a matter of appreciation. The role of worker is most important in raising the bar of safety standards in Mines. Unless and until the worker will not take safety as his own responsibility, it is impossible to implement Safety rules and regulations. President-Operations, JK Cement, Mr. SK Rathore in his address said that we should take safety as an activity in every walk of life to remain safe. We should be cautious for our health also because a healthy mind leads a healthy body. Management is fully attentive towards safety and health of employees and workers and organize their health check-up on regular scheduled intervals at JK Cement’s fully equipped colony dispensary. He further appealed everyone to work with safety and discipline and to must attend safety trainings. He said that carelessness causes accident and we

should be vigilant and alert at our workplace. Mr. Jayant Malhotra, Head-Technical, Nimbahera, Mr. PK Joshi and many staffs were present on the occasion. In the end, Mr. Manish Toshniwal, AVP – Mines, expressed gratitude to all. The programme was nicely conducted by Mr. R.C. Vyas, Sr. Manager - Mines. Under the auspices of JK Cement Maliakhera and Karunda Mines, Swachhta Pakhwada was organized on 30th November 2019 at Rajkiya Vidyalaya, village-Payari as a part of mission of Ministry of Labours to bring cleaner and healthier environment in the mining sector. During the ceremony, a discussion session and poster competition were conducted with the students to come forward and contribute their best to keep the environment clean and healthy around their home, school, streets and surrounding villages and prizes were given to the winners. On this occasion, Mr. DK Dhakar, Mr. PK Ameta, staffs and workers from Maliakhera and Karunda Mines of JK cement were also present. At the end, Smt. Kavita Chaudhary expressed her gratitude to JK Cement management for conducting the said event. Reiterating its glorious history, JK Cement organized a five-day, international tour starting from 12th to 17th December 2019 for its ladies club members. A group of 48 ladies of Surbhi Ladies Club, Nimbahera started this exciting journey under the able leadership of Smt. Neelam Rathore, President-Surbhi Club. It was a joyful, unforgettable and mesmerizing tour. Ladies enjoyed the sheer natural beauty and warm hospitality of Bali, the Island of Gods. From magnificent mountains to rugged coastlines to volcanic hillsides to black sandy beaches, members thoroughly explored awesome tourist places, which include Tanah Lot Temple, Uluwatu, rice fields, coffee plantation, Mount Batur, Batur Lake, Kuta beach, Tanjung Benoa beach and enjoyed thrilling watersports activities of parasailing, Jet Ski, etc. It gives a sense of pride of being member of J.K. Special Instructions for on duty guards. Duties of Key Appointment including specified places. Fire Precaution & Fire Fighting. Demo.

JK Cement organized free eye operation of about 120 patients of cataract identified in the eye check-up camp organized at Sub District Hospital, Nimbahera on September 30, 2019, on the occasion of the 67th birthday of JK Cement CMD Mr. Yadupati Singhania with the assistance of Gomabai Netralaya, Neemuch during 1st to 3rd October, 2019. Total 80 patients were operated in multiple phases from 1st to 3rd October 2019 at Gomabai Netralaya, Neemuch. Besides, patients of Pterygium and retinal

problems were also treated free of cost. In the camp, Mr. Dileep Singhvi of Shree Sewa Sansthan, Dr. SK Chaudhary with his team of para medical staff and Mr. Shailesh Choubisa provided necessary assistance.

In the series of social welfare activities, JK Cement extending its support to operate “Sparsh” sanitary centre at village Mangrol since last two years. To extend the benefits of Project “Sparsh” to more ladies, with the help of management, the Surbhi Ladies Self-help group has installed a new automatic machine in its manufacturing unit, which will increase its capacity. Mrs. Neelam Rathore, President - Surbhi Ladies Club inaugurated the new machine. Members of Surbhi Ladies Self Help Group and JK Cement’s Mr. Dileep Singh Krishnawat, Mr. Prabhakar Mishra and Mr. Shailesh Choubisa were present on the occasion. Coordinator – Project Sparsh, Ms. Sweta Rathore apprised about the project and said that till date through camping, they have targeted 70,000 women of

nearby villages of Nimbahera, Pratapgarh and Neemuch and created awareness regarding use of sanitary napkins and disadvantages of using un-hygienic napkins. They make it available to the ladies residing in these remote areas and have appealed them to use Sparsh napkin, which is a cheap and best alternate.

To ensure public health in nearby villages, pest control is being done JK Cement Works by fogging at village-Mangrol, Karunda, Maliakhera, Pipaliya Gadiya, Charliya Gadiya, Murliya and Arnia Joshi. To prevent from seasonal diseases for e.g. Dengue, Chickungunya, Malaria, Swine Flu etc., these precautionary measures were taken by the HR department. In view to create awareness regarding cleanliness of surroundings, the team is making conscious efforts regarding health and cleaning and focus and insist not to spread dirt.

JK Cement Works organized a free medical camp at village-Pipliya Gadiya on 7th December 2019. During the camp consultation and medical check-up of around 105 patients (including 60 male and 55 female patients) were carried-out. Besides, free pathological Random blood sugar test of about 55 persons were carried out. The patients were given medicines free of cost and informed about preventive measures from seasonal disease. In the camp, Dr. SK Chaudhary, para medicals staffs of JK Cement and Mr. Shailesh Choubisa extended necessary assistance. Social activist and other senior citizens who were present on the occasion expressed their gratitude for JK Cement Works for organizing the camp and

expected JK cement to continue such social welfare acts in future also. JK Cement Works, Nimbahera organized a Swine Flu vaccination camp at Occupational Health Centre, Nimbahera on 11th December 2019. Mr. MS Shekhawat, AVP-HR & ER graced the occasion. During the camp, around 77 persons registered and got vaccinated at concessional rates. In the camp, Dr. SK Chaudhary and para medical staffs offered their services.

Regional Training Centre, Nimbahera - Training Programmes

Regional Training Centre, Nimbahera has conducted 6 training programmes in the month of October 2019. It includes 4 Technical and 2 Management programmes. Total 119 participants were trained during the month. 115 participants from JK cement group and 4 participants from different companies including Wonder Cement Ltd., Nuvoco Vistas Corporation and JK Lakshmi Cement Sirohi attended the training session and truly utilized the opportunity. Highlight of the month was a training programme on “Integrated Safety Management”. The programme was conducted at RTC. It was a 2 days programme. 30 participants attended the training. Mr. Vishwanathan Ram from Moshpa Global Oshe Academy Pvt. Ltd. conducted the training and shared his expertise with the participants. In the month of October, RTC has conducted a training programme on “Transforming People and Business”. Total 21 participants attended the training and truly utilized the opportunity. Training Summary

Under the CSR project of JK Cement Ltd, an animal treatment camp was conducted by the JK Trust with support of JK Cement Ltd at ILD Center Amadal Shapur in Village–Mundsa, Jhajjar District on 21st December 2019. VS, Dr. Praveen Kumar, GVH Rudiyawas, VLDA - Mr. Sandeep Singh, GVH-Rudiyawas and Mr. Ajay Kumar of JK Trust DMO and Mr. Kuldeep Singh, RDO participated in the Treatment Camp and visited in camp by Mr. Ashok Kumar (Asstt. Liaison Officer) of JK Cement Works, Jharli. The camp helped in treating seasonal diseases and infertility among the cattle population as well as spread awareness among the public about proper management and feeding of cattle. During the camp approx. 254 animals were treated i.e. 43 cases of infertility, 194 first aid and 117 deworming cases. The treatment camp has benefitted around in Village Mundsa.

Mr. Kamal Dabawala, Chairman & MD of Continuous Learning Private Limited, Nadiad conducted a comprehensive two day training programme on “Training The Trainer” on 27th and 28th December 2019 for the benefit of JK Lakshmi Cement Officers who are contributing towards the Internal Training process. Mr. Kamal covered aspects pertaining to the role of a trainer, understanding the aspirations of the new generation of learners, defining instructional objectives and designing training sessions, effective training techniques,using audio visual aids during training and techniques of being an effective presenter. 30 Officers benefitted from the two day programme.

Dr. G. Soral, Senior Professor, Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU) Udaipur conducted a two day training programme for the benefit of Officers of the JKLC Plant on the topic “Finance for Non Finance Executives” on 13th and14th December 2019 at the HRD Centre. Dr. Soral covered topics pertaining to understanding financial statements of JKLC, analyzing financial statements, understanding ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, costing & break even analysis & budgeting and zero base budgeting. The programme contained several “do it yourself”

exercises where the participants calculated ratios referring to the previous annual reports of JKLC. 44 Officers benefitted from the two day comprehensive training programme. Ms. Varsha Joshi of the Environment Department conducted a one day training programme for the benefit of the Medical Team on Bio Medical Waste Management Rules 2016 on 21st November 2019. She covered all existing provisions mentioned in the Rules and shared best practices adopted in this area.

Mr. Amit Mathur from Think Inc. New Delhi conducted a two day activity

based training programme for the benefit of JKLC Workmen on the theme “Sankaar”. Mr. Mathur covered topics related to keeping your mental switch on, developing a positive attitude, time management & accepting and managing change for personal growth. 46 Workmen benefitted from the two day training programme.

Mr. Sunil Trivedi from QCFI Bhilai delivered a technical training programme for Lean QC Members on 4th to 5th November 2019 at the HRD Centre. He clarified all fundamental concepts pertaining to the concept of Lean Quality Circles and provided inputs pertaining to better preparation and delivery of presentations.

Dr. VK. Jain from Vexil New Delhi conducted a comprehensive three day training programme for all internal auditors of the Plant on the Integrated Management System. 30 Officers benefitted from the three day comprehensive training covering all systems pertaining to Quality, Industrial Safety & Health, Energy Management & Environment.

JKLC Sirohi Unit Head, Mr. PL Mehta chaired the 2nd Town Hall Meeting on the findings of the Kanter Employee Engagement Survey 2019 at the Officer’s Club on 3rd October 2019. The batch comprised of Senior Managers, Managers and Deputy Managers. After an initial presentation on the findings of the survey, all members were encouraged to share their views with the Unit Head.

He appreciated the contribution of ideas of all members and motivated everyone to help in the improvement process. 16 teams of JK Lakshmi Cement Limited, Sirohi are preparing for the Udaan Unit Level Competition 2019-20 scheduled in March 2020. This year’s theme of the Udaan Competition is “Business excellence through customer centricity”. Two brainstorming sessions were organized for the benefit of all participants with Mr. Amit Mathur from Think Inc. New Delhi on 15th November 2019 and Dr. Abhay Bhave from Nipun Consultants, New Delhi on 11th December 2019.

The HR Team facilitated a visit to JKLC Dealer M/S Ashapuri Cement Trading Company Pindwara on 22nd November 2019. 15 members from the JKLC Plant visited the Dealer and sought his feedback.

The HR Team facilitated a visit to JKLC Dealer Mr. Kailash Kumar Karan Raj Jain at Sheoganj on 20th December 2019. 11 members from the Plant

visited the Dealer and sought his feedback about the market and JKLC performance to deliver to customer expectations. The following activities were organized under JKLC’s various CSR initiatives during the quarter (October to December 2019) Naya Savera - An Integrated Family Welfare Project – Reproductive and Child Health Project. JKLC is serving 35 Villages and 55 Hamlets covering a population of 80,000 of Pindwara Tehsil of District Sirohi (Rajasthan) through this project. Under Literacy Project : Literacy Centre for Women / Elder Girls are being run by JKLC at Futela and

Ajari villages in which 22 members are under training.

Under Skill Development & Livelihood Initiatives : JKLC have completed one Sewing Training Centre and 22 ladies/girls have been trained One more centre is running at Rohida village.

To promote computer literacy JKLC have been running Computer Operator Training Programmes leveraging its ties with Govt. Polytechnic College, Sirohi. One Computer Operator Training Programme has been successfully completed at Swarupganj Village and 27 youth have been trained. One centre is running at Adarsh village and 20 youth are undergoing training.

For skill development of girls, JKLC have organized 4 beauty parlor training centres at Ajari, Rohida, Rampura and Peshua village. 50 ladies/girls were trained.

JKLC have distributed high breed vegetable seeds of 5 different varieties in October 2019 to 50 tribal farmers having agriculture land and access to water.

Mr. Livingston of M/s. Chinmaya Consultant, imparted training on 8th November 2019 at JSW Cement, Vijaynagar Plant. The session was very useful to the employees in update the EnMS standards resulting in energy conservation.

As part of engaging stakeholders the Tiptur and Shimoga Dealers & Engineers visit was organised on 19th and 20th December 2019. They visited JSW Cement, Steel, IIS, Kaladham and Hampi.

Cyber Awareness Programme was organised by JSW Cement, Vijaynagar Plant for all the employees on 16th December 2019. In the session, the employees were briefed about the minor mistakes being done in day to day activities unknowingly resulting into sharing most of the personal and professional information’s on the web. This will lead to exploiting weaknesses in computer systems/networks by Hackers.

Mass Communication Meetings for the month of October, November and December 2019 were conducted in JSW Cement, Vijaynagar Plant. This is the event wherein all the employees and associates will be briefed about the plant performance and also informed about the expectation of the management.

As part of CSR activity, JSW Cement, Vijaynagar Plant organised an exposure visit to School Children of Toranagallu in association with JSW Foundation to Daroji Interpretation Centre and Zoological Park at Kamalapur on 19th December 2019. The programme was flag off by Mr. G. Veera Babu, Chief Manufacturing Officer. Totally 120 children’s have been benefited of this exposure visit and enhanced their knowledge.

An Essay Competition was organised by JSW Cement, Vijaynagar Plant for surrounding Government Schools of Toranagallu on the subject ”Environment Protection”. Total 11 Schools have been covered and 300 children taken part in Essay Competition. All the winners were awarded with Memento, Certificate and cash voucher on 28th December 2019, by Mr. Rajkumar Dhempe, Plant Head, in presence of senior JSW officials.

Devotional gathering will boost the employee’s morale and togetherness and it creates happiness. As per the tradition being followed by JSWites, Sri Maremma Devi pooja was organised on 15th November 2019 in JSW Cement, Vijaynagar Plant. The pooja was attended by all employees and associates. CMO, Plant Head and all HODs obliged the employees and associates for having Maha Prasadam after Pooja.

KCP Unit-I, Sr. General Manager (CPU), Mr. BVPS Chowdary, Executives, Staff and Union Leaders went to Nagarjuna Sagar. Sr. G.M. (CPU) garlanded the statue of Muktyala Raja and paid their floral tributes at the statue of Muktyala Raja. In this regard Sr. G.M. (CPU), all HODs and Employees reminded his renowned repopulated services of Sri Muktyala Raja pertaining to construction of Nagarjuna Sagar and uplifting the agricultural families in the Nagarjuna Sagar Region.

On the occasion of 35th Mines Safety Week celebrations held from 23rd to 28th November 2019 at Muktyala Limestone Mine, cultural events were organized at Indiranagar Colony on the concluding day of the safety week celebrations. Mines dept. with the support of Samasthithi members the above cultural events were organized at 7.30 pm at Indiranagar Kalavedika. Children performed classical dances and colony women sung classical songs. Mines Dept. performed a play-let and distributed prizes for the winners. Organized hi-tiffin at the end of the programme. Inspection team delivered their messages and VP-Operations appreciated the employees for their hard work for keeping the plant clean and fulfilling the statutory safety requirements in the Limestone Mine.

Swatch KCP plastic drive conducted inside the plant on 12th November 2019 with all employees’ participation for ensuring the plant neat & clean. The aim of KCP Management is to achieve the vision of a “neat & clean” premises. The objective of Swatch KCP is to change the employees’ mind-set towards safe and healthy work place environment in the plant. The campaign was organized at 4.00pm to 5.30pm in the plant. All employees have actively and enthusiastically participated in this drive and made the programme grand success. EHS Head, Mr. P. Ramana Reddy coordinated the drive. A truck of plastic waste was collected and dumped at kiln for incineration.

Newly constructed block named “VAMSADHARA” was inaugurated by VP-Operations, Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao in the early hours of 12th December 2019. Occupiers of the block made mass house warming from 4 am onwards along with their family members. Sri Vijaya Ganapathi Temple priest, Mr. T. Lakshminarasimhacharyulu got performed special Pooja in the ground floor with VP-Operations. Later the family members of flat allotters performed traditional house warming rituals with their family members along with VP-Operations. Arranged Lunch for all colony residents by the flat allotters from 12 noon onwards.

National Energy Conservation Day is celebrated every year by the people all over the India on 14th of December. The Energy Conservation Act in India was executed by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) in the year 2001 and amendment 2010. The Bureau of Energy Efficiency is a constitutional body which comes under Government of India and helps in the development of policies and strategies in order to reduce the energy use.

On the occasion of 29th National Energy Conservation Day, CPU-II, Muktyala organized a gate meeting on 14th December2019. Electrical Dept., HOD, Mr. R. Varaprasad briefed about the day, read out the “Energy Policy of KCP”. On this occasion announced to celebrate the “Energy Conservation Week” from 14th to 20th December 2019 and scheduled various awareness programmes like energy saving tips in house hold appliances for our colony ladies and school children, Quiz competition for KCP’s employees and department wise power point presentations on energy conservation opportunities. The main objective of this programme is to encourage the people to use energy efficiently to decrease the energy consumption and prevent the energy losses and promote people on for less energy usage on to focus excessive and wasteful uses. The winners are honoured with prizes on the concluding of the Week, 20th December 2019.

On this occasion VP – Operations, Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao told that everybody should protect the energy resources by implementing/maintain good energy practices. Also told that if we save environment, environment will protect us, hence, it is everybody’s’ responsible to plant and safeguard trees by maintain good environmental practices.

The Executive Chairman’s 82nd birthday witnessed the blood donation camp conducted for employees and the colony residents by Rotary Red Cross Blood Bank, Vijayawada on 27th December 2019 at Occupational Health Centre, Indiranagar Colony at 11 am. The celebrations started with a special Pooja at Sri Vijayaganapathi Temple at 8.00 am. Later cut the birthday cake by the Vice President – Operations, Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao along with employees at CCR. Organized plantation programme beside packing plant. As part of birthday celebration, distributed clothes for 42 deaf and dumb children at Karlapati Foundation School, Jaggayyapeta. Later organized blood donation camp at OHC. At 12 noon onwards made elaborate arrangements for lunch in front of KCP Kalavedika at Indiranagar Colony to all the employees and their family members and also for all contract workmen.

On the occasion of Geetha Jayanthi organized a function at KCP Kalavedika on 7th December 2019. On this auspicious occasion Hon’ble Managing Director, Smt. Dr. VL Indira Dutt lit up the lamp. Performed special Pooja by VP Operations, Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao couple. Project Consultant, Mr. DN Rao couple also participated. Later Samavedha chanting performed by the Vedic Pundits’ of Kotilingala temple Veda pathasala of 18 students along with their two Gurus. Hon’ble MD honored them with clothes and Tambulams.

VP-Operations, Mr. V Madhusudana Rao while addressing the gathering, stressed on the need to revive the ‘Old legacy’ and play

an important role in the preservation of the Indian culture and explained Bhagavad Gita is one of the scriptures of Hindus which teaches fundamentals of life to the humanity, by documenting the conversation between Krishna and Arjuna. He further explained that the Bhagavad Gita is consisting of so many management lessons. Gita is seen as less a religious than a philosophical text, outlining a way of life. He also

told that all should learn through Bhagavad Gita to work without thinking about the kind of result they get, i.e. do the karma (do the work) and leave the result to the God. Later colony children sung Geetha Slokas from Bhakthi Yogam and Hon’ble MD presented gifts to the participants. Arranged high-tiffin to all colony residents at the end of the programme.

Indiranagar colony ladies organized Laksha Deepotsavam on the occasion of Kartika Purnima on 12th November 2019 at Sri Vijayaganapathi Temple. Samasthithi members organized the event at 6 pm. Mr. DN Rao couple and HR Head, Mr. G. Srinivas couple also participated in this programme. Performed special Pooja at temple and later lit the lamps.

Karthika masa holy tour organized by KCP Samasthithi members on 14th November 2019 to Amaravathi, Guntur Dist. Had darshan of Amara Lingeswara Swamy in the early hours and visited Budha Vihar. Later had darshan at Panakala Swamy temple in Mangalagiri. One of the Samasthithi members Smt. Prabha wife of Mr. Hanumaiah arranged Lunch for all the visitors at their residence in Guntur.

‘Padi Pooja, the special ritual to propitiate Lord Ayyappa was performed on 16th November 2019 at 7 pm onward, coinciding with the ongoing Sabarimala pilgrimage season, and here in KCP Cement Unit – II. Hon’ble MD, Smt. Dr. VL Indira Dutt initiated the proceedings by lighting up the lamp on the stage decorated with banana stems and varieties of flowers before 18 steps. Before starting of the rituals, Vice President, Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao brought the Kalasa and lit the traditional lamp to formally start the pooja. Mr. Murugan Guruswamy, Vijayawada organized the pooja, nearly 500 Ayyappa Deeksha swamulu from nearby villages were

also participated and chorused with amid chants of ‘Swamiye Saranam Ayyappa. A Deeparadhana was held near the 18 steps leading to aesthetically decorated shrines of Lord Ayyappa, Lord Ganesh and Lord Subramanian made of banana plantain stems. Ayyappa devotees performed abhishekham to the deities with variety of fruit juices and panchaamruthalu. Poolabhishekam was performed on the steps, which were decorated with large variety of flowers. After pooja, distributed Prasadam and served hi-tiffin to all participants including Indiranagar colony residents. In view of the auspicious “Kartika Masam” Cement Unit – II, RK Puram has organized the event ‘Kartika Vana Samaradhana’ at Ratnakumari Mango Garden, Dechupalem Road, Jaggayyapet on 24th November, 2019. The Samasthithi Club members performed Usiri Chettu Puja and daylong entertainment programmes were arranged including special games for women, children and elders. The gathering consisting 300 were enthralled with delicious community lunch consisting of choicest vegetarian dishes. After lunch all the gathering played thambola. VP-Operations couple gave away prizes to the winners of various games played at the venue.

KCP Cement Unit – II organized an awareness programme on “Arogyame Mahabhagyam (Health is wealth)” on 26th November, 2019 at Indiranagar Colony Samasthithi hall. Faculty Mr. Syed Basheer Ahmed, GKS Training Solutions has this programme for all the Colony Ladies. The faculty explained various types of diets for various ages and personalities. Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao, VP-Operations addressing the gathering stated that, due to lack of awareness on right diet people are suffering with obesity, diabetes, BP and other lifestyle diseases. He advised the gathering that all should follow the diet chart given by

Mr. Syed Basheer Ahmed and make life hale and hearty.

DEVEOLOPMENT OF MUKTYALA VILLAGE BY THE KCP LIMITED

As part of The KCP Limited CSR initiatives, a Mega health check-up camp was successfully held on a grand scale in Muktyala village on 17th November, 2019 (Sunday) with the support and cooperation of M/s. ANU Institute of Neuro & Cardiac Sciences, Vijayawada.

Hon’ble Managing Director, Smt. Dr. VL Indira Dutt had inaugurated the Health Check-up camp and delivered opening speech explaining how the KCP is committed to

CSR by organizing various activities of social importance and necessity for the benefit of poor and needy. Vice President Mr. V. Madhusudana Rao, Project Consultant Mr. D.N. Rao and Doctors of ANU Hospitals had also participated in the inaugural function and delivered speeches.

This Health camp was organized as Health mela which includes Specialized Health Checkups, Health awareness program (Health talk’s by experts – Eye specialist & Cardiologist), stalls from Anu Hospitals, LEPRA Society (Displayed BCC material) created awareness on HIV/AIDS, Filaria and Leprosy etc., Integrated Child Development Society (ICDS) department created awareness on low cost Homemade Nutritious Food preparation and various ICDS services etc. (Prepared displayed verities of Low-Cost Homemade Nutritious Food).

In the above Health check-up camp, total 662 patents were treated from Eight+ villages have visited and got health checked up for various specialist doctors such as General Medicine, Cardiologist, Neurologist, Dentists, Diabetic, Ophthalmologist, Gynecologist doctors extended their consultation, ECG, 2D-EHO, BP, Random Sugar, Height, Weight services provided. Also distributed required medicines free of cost to all needy patients.

Under the guidance of Hon’ble Managing Director, Smt. Dr. VL Indira Dutt, KCP organized 2 sessions of Career guidance, Study Skills and Life Skill improvement programme for Class 8th, 9th and 10th students of SRVRGKMP Memorial Z.P High School, Muktyala on 30th October 2019 & 16th December 2019. Under objective 3, to promote formal, quality education to the children. Mr. Madhusudhana Rao, Vice president, KCP cement Unit -II, Muktyala attended as a Chief Guest and inaugurated the programme. He explained to the students how career guidance, study skills & Life skill are important for Class 8th, 9th and 10th students for achieving their personal goals etc. In continuation to that Mr. GS Srinivas, Head – HR&S gave his motivational/encouragement speech to the students regarding program. School teachers and village elders have appreciated the initiatives taken by the KCP Management for Muktyala school children career and Knowledge improvement.

Mr. Ravi Bhargava, founder Chairman for Bezawada Institute for Learning Development (BILD), State Secretary for Andhra Psychological Association & Child Psychologist has taken two training session out of four sessions. In his two sessions, Mr. Ravi Bhargava covered comprehensive academic career enrichment program for school children. During his program the emphasis was focused on holistic development of the children.

SRVRGKMPM School, Muktyala received National award of “IGBC - Green Your School Program 2019”, under category of ‘Innovation’ Muktyala school children presented their innovative ideas in front of Jury at Hyderabad on 27th September 2019. On 28th September 2019 all India level, Muktyala school selected as one of the top three schools, out of 785 schools. Tamilanadu and Gujrat Government schools secured

For implementation of innovative ideas IGBC, United way of Delhi & Career representatives visited SRVRGKMPM School, Muktyala on 3rd December 2019 and handed over Rs. 4 Lacks cheque to school Head Master. In this programme HR&S Head, Mr. G. Srinivas, EHS Head, Mr. Ramana Reddy, School Head Master, Teachers and Students participated.

As a part of Smart village development in FY 2019 -20 KCP is continuing Swachh Bharat programme in Muktyala village. The primary purpose of this project is to keep Muktyala village clean and Green. Arranged three cycle rickshaws along with six members team for collecting Dry and wet garbage from Muktyala village and dumping at designated place on daily basis. More than 860 families from Muktyala village is benefitting from this program.

As a part of Smart village development in FY 2019 -20 we are continuing to supplying RO water to Muktyala village people. The primary purpose of this program is to provide access to safe drinking water to rural communities, they’re by reducing waterborne diseases and their resultant effects. Through this program 1000 – 1200 people benefiting every day.

Orient Cement Limited, (OCL), Devapur , as a Team along with Security Personnel, spreading the awareness on House Keeping in the plant as well as colony on occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanthi (2nd October 2019) and an Awareness Session on Plastic Waste Management was conducted to the Ladies Club Members to reduce and reuse plastics. OCL, Devapur also requested them to separate plastic waste (single use), so that it can be used as an alternate fuel in the pyro section of the plant. As a responsible organization and member of GCCA, OCL, Devapur have started “Swachhata Hi Seva” Campaign in Carmel Giri Convent High School to create awareness among all to ban the Single use Plastic. HOD (EHS) explained the plastic waste scenario, effects on environment and new disposal techniques. President (Manufacturing), Mr. SK Pandey chaired the Programme and addressed the gathering and focused on avoiding of “PLASTIC”. On this occasion President (Mfg.), Principal of Carmel Giri Convent High School, EHS Team and School students also released the Posters on “Ban Single Use Plastic”. School students have taken the pledge for not using the Plastic and Save Earth.

Navavasantham is the newly and innovatively designed programme. So far 12 batches (318 participants) attended for this training programme. It is giving the immense positive response and feedback from the participants is encouraging for organizing the sessions seamlessly. OCL, Devapur find that there is attitudinal and cultural change in the employees and is being appreciated altogether.

As a part of CSR OCL, Devapur encourage and support the local tribes during various celebrations and their rituals. In this regard ''Dandari Darbar - Utsav'' was celebrated by the local tribes at Devapur. OCL senior leadership team President (Mfg.), Mr. SK Pandey, Unit Head, Mr. RVR Murty and some of employees took part in these celebrations.

Around 103 participants in 4 batches are doing Art of Living – Happiness Programme. Nearby villagers are also involved in this. OCL, Devapur received positive feedback from the participants of previous batches on stress management, healthiness, peacefulness etc. through happiness program which is encouraging us to conduct further new batches.

In this Year, because of River Krishna floods the Ravirala village was severely affected. The Ramco Cements Limited, Jayanthipuram Work’s RSSL took the responsibility of providing flood relief measures at Ravirala, by arranging a ground for affected people to gather, supplied food and drinking water and also flood rehabilitation activities.

On the occasion of National Energy Conservation Day, The Ramco Cements Limited, Jayanthipuram Works have conducted competitions on Energy conservation for Employees, School children and Ladies club members. Around 120 persons have participated in Skit, Slogan, Cartoon painting and suggestions on Energy Conservation. Prizes were distributed for the winners on 14th December 2019 at the Vasantha vedika.

Shree Cement Ltd. (SCL) have carried out many CSR activities under Shree Foundation Trust (SFT) in October to December 2019. Under SCL’s Shree Swachhta Yojna by SFT carried out - Awareness Campaign on "Swachhta Hi Mission" in many villages. "Swachhta Hi Seva Rally’ was organized by students in villages. Educated students on - Not to Use Single Use Plastics. The information was imparted to them by lecture and discussion. SFT educated them on following:-

Not to use- Single Use Disposable items made of Thermocol or Plastic such as spoons, cups, plates,

glasses, forks, bowls etc. Not to Use Plastic Bags Not to buy items which are packed in Plastic Packaging Use bags made of Cloth/ Jute

Also explained as to how the ENVIRONMENT is getting polluted and harmed by plastic. If not checked now our future generations will not be able to live on this earth. In the end a pledge was also administered to all students and teachers on - Not to Use Single Use Plastics. The CSR Team also distributed Dust Bins and Cloth Bags to Community Members and various Govt. Schools.

Under SCL’s Shree Siksha Yojna the following were carried out by SFT - Copy & Registers : SFT has provided approx. 4000 Note Books (Copies) free of cost to students of Govt. Schools in various villages i.e. Gorana, under Gram Panchayat Naya Goan, Lakhina under Gram Panchayat Suhava, Guwardi, under Gram Panchayat Shyamgarh, Nadi under Gram Panchayat Shyamgarh, Chodsiya under Gram Panchayat Naya Goan, Thikrana Gujran under Gram Panchayat Suhava, Pitha Makna ka Badiya under Gram Panchayat Naya Goan, Badota ka Badiya under Gram Panchayat Shyamgarh, Naya Goan under Gram Panchayat Naya Goan.

Under Shree Siksha Yojana, SFT distributed “500 Sweaters” in various Govt. Primary Schools.

Under Shree Shiksha Yojna- A project named “Shree Ki Pathshsla” is being run for the students of Govt. Secondary School Andheri Deori, Lulwa, Lasadiya and Neemgarh. Under this scheme, coaching is being imparted in two subjects i.e. Science and Maths for 10th Board Class Students. CSR team visited at all the above Govt. Sr. Secondary Schools and interacted with students and teachers and reviewed syllabus, attendance, class test results and standard of preparation for board exams. During the visits also screened Motivational Videos and Short Documentaries

SCL donated 50 sets of furniture i.e. Stools and Tables to Govt. Sr. Secondary School Lulwa under Gram Panchayat Lulwa

Under SCL’s Shree Shakti Yojna SFT has conducted - “Beauty Parlour Training” at village Lasadia under Delwada Gram Panchayat and at village Sarkana

under Gram Panchayat Andheri Deori. In this training 32 girls took part. The training included Hair Cutting, Waxing, Eyebrow, Facial, Pedicure, Hair Straightening etc.

SCL is running “Four Months Sewing Training” at

Aganwadi Center of village Neemgarh under Gram Panchayat Shyamgarh. 12 women are taking part in this training and they are learning- Bag making, Sewing and Cutting

SCL is also running “Four Months High Skill Sewing

Training” at Shree Training Centre. 20 women took part and also stitched 400 School Dress for various schools. In turn they were paid approx. Rs.60,000/- for stitching.

Under SCL’s Shree E-Siksha Yojna in continuation of Computer Training being imparted at village Delwada, SCL CSR Team visited the Computer Centre and interacted with the students. During Interaction CSR Team briefed about the importance of Computer Education on also screened Motivational Videos and Short Documentaries. The students are being trained in MS-Office and Internet. Duration of training is three months.

To promote sports in Govt. Schools, SCL under Shree Khel Kud Yojna donated sports kit i.e. Badminton, Football, Volley Ball, Volley Ball Net, Rings, Carom Boards, Skipping Ropes, Flying Dish and Cricket Kit, etc. to various Govt. Primary School in Amar Singh Ka Badiya, Gram Panchayat Nayagaon, Kushalpura, Gram Panchayat Balad, Dandiya, Gram Panchayat Nadi.

SDCCL has organized an In-house training programmes on the different different topics at Digvijaygram and its mine area from 13th November 2019 to 22nd December 2019. Total 30 trainings organized and 110 candidates took the benefits.

“Tailoring Classes” were organised by SDCCL for the women residing nearby villages of SDCCL at Digvijaygram Township of three month duration course from 10th October 2019 to 9th January 2020. Total 18 women participated in the Programme, got tailoring skill and initiated to practice the Tailoring.

They are showing the cloths stitched by them and Certificates distributed to them.

Organized the “Dengue Awareness Programme “at SDCCL in collaboration of the District RMO and the Taluka Health Control officials, Jamnagar on 17th October 2019. Identify the Dengue mosquito and gave the training on how to destroy them. Provided the guppy fish in the storage water digs and the pond. Sprayed the BTI liquid sprayed on the staginess water.

SDCCL has organized the “Blood Donation Camp” in collaboration with the Guru Gobind Singh Hospital Blood Bank, Jamnagar and the HDFC Bank Ltd, Jamanagar at SDCCL Hospital on 5th December 2019. Total 40 candidates donated their blood.

SDCCL has identified an economically underprivileged woman (Mrs. Karima Junas Sumbhaniya) at SDCCL village and donated a sewing machine so that she can start the earning herself.

SDCCL has organized the Bone Mass Density (BMD) camp in collaboration with Dr. Sushant Sud and M/s. Gufic Bio Sciences Ltd at SDCCL officer hostel on 5th October 2019 for SDCCL Employees and family members to detect the strength of bone mass in individuals through a machine free of cost.

SDCCL has organized the “Computer Class” for the Women Empowerment of three month duration from 1st September 2019 to 30th November 2019 for the SDCCL and surrounding area’s Women and Girls at SDCCL Officer Club. In this SDCCL gave training of the Basic Operation, Microsoft, Presentation, Internet and Tally Software. Total 26 candidates took the benefits.

SDCCL has organised the “Magnetic Therapy Camp” at SDCCL Safety Training Centre from 19th to 25th October 2019. The 7 days programme on “Natural Therapy by Permanent Magnet” with collaboration of Shri Sai Krupa Magnetic Health Centre to treat various diseases like, Stone, Diabetics, Joint Pain, Muscular Pain, Digestion Problem, Ulcer, Obesity, Thyroid, Spondylitis, Acidity, Asthma, Chest Pain, Skin Problems, Allergy, Coughing, Toothache, Hernia and Vision Problem . “Magnetic Therapy” is very useful and it has no side effect after this treatment. Total 47 Candidates took the benefits.

On 14th and 20th November 2019 Vasavadatta Cement, Sedam Grameena Abhivruddhi Kendra in association with CEDOK-Disha Centre for Entrepreneurship Development of Karnataka conducted 2 days Entrepreneurship Development programme. This programme is helpful to surrounding village unemployed youths. During this programme various aspects of setting up of an

enterprise such as motivation, Project identification, facilities, from promotional organizations. The programme completed with study reports prepared by participants. Training Certificates were issued to participant students. 24 students benefitted from this training programme. The training programme was conducted by Mrs. Jayashree, Counsellor of CEDOK Dish Centre Kalburgi.

On the occasion of World Aids Day, a blood donation camp was organized by Grameena Abhirudhi Kendra in coordination with blood Bank of Gulbarga Government Hospital on 2nd December 2019 at Occupational Health Center of Vasavadatta Cement. The camp was inaugurated by Plant Head, Mr. G. Srinivasa Reddy, Mr. S. Srinivas Rao, Vice President Civil, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Gupta, Sr. GM – E&I and Mr. Anand Kulkarni, Head - HR & Admin and a team of doctors and paramedical staff of blood bank were present. Total 97 units of Blood collected in this camp. All the employees (including permanent staff and workmen, contract labours, school staff, ladies club members,) donated blood on this occasion. The persons who donated blood were given cards by the Govt hospital so that they can get free blood in case they require it within next one year. One of the doctors of the blood bank informed that, the blood will be helpful for 300 patients in different ways after extracting plasma, platelets etc. from the blood. The entire HR team, Union Office bearers and our Occupational health Centre team worked hard to make the event successful. This is the first time that 97 units of blood were collected

Grameena Abhivruddi Kendra organized HIV-Aids Awareness programme on 2nd December 2019 in coordination with District AIDS Prevention & Control Unit, Kalaburagi. Taluka health & Family Welfare Department, Sedam and Community Health Centre, Mudhol at Vasavadatta Cement, Sedam Transport Building for Transporters, Drivers & Cleaners. 85 participants attended the programme. On this occasion, Mr. Vijaykumar Suranna, Counselor, ICTC, informed the participants about HIV - AIDS. Mr. Anand Kulkarni, Head - HR & Admin, also guided the participants about the ill effects of HIV – AIDS and rendered an oath to the participants for not indulging into any kind of unsafe sex practices. Mr. Sunil Kumar, DGM Logistics, Mr. Ambarnath, Sr. Manager Logistics were present on the occasion. Mr. Nagkumar Yelli made special efforts to make the programme successful

Grameena Abhivruddhi Kendra Vasavadatta Cement, Sedam have organized Eye Camp in collaboration with Lions Club of Sedam, Anugraha Eye Hospital, Kalaburagi and Bharukha Eye, Kalaburagi Hospital on 10th November 2019 at Lion Eye Hospital Sedam. Doctor’s team screened 24 Patients. Out of this 6 patients are selected for IOL Operation.

Free Dental Checkup Camps were organized by Grameena Abhivruddhi Kendra, Vasavadatta Cement Sedam in association with Doctors of Nijalingappa Dental Collage Kalburgi. On 19th November 2019 Dental Check-up Camp programmes were conducted for the students of Govt. Adarsh Vidyalaya and Smt. Mahadevi Memorial School of Bibballi Village in Sedam Taluka. On these occasions Nijalingappa Dental College, Dr. Kishor More & Team, School Staff and Mr. Nagakumar Yelli, Asst Officer CSR were present in this Camp. Total 449 children were treated.

On humanitarian ground, under CSR Activity, Vasavadatta Cement, Sedam distributed cold drinking water, Lemon Juice and ORS Powder at Sedam Town and nearby places of plant from 13th April, 2019 to 3rd October 2019.

Vasavadatta Cement, Sedam have organized Avishkar Workshop from 18th to 27th November, 2019 on various subjects/events like, Archery, Western Dance, Drawing & Painting, Dramatics, Sculpture, Vocal, Yoga, Dolls for Decor & Home Makers. Employees and their family members (including Children) were the participants. The team from M/s. Swarsangam Kolkatta have conducted classes on each subjects/events from 18th to 26th November 2019 and on 27th November 2019 a Mega event viz. ‘Avishkar’ was organized in the evening wherein the participants exhibited their talents which they learned during the classes.
