VRMA’s Mission

Through meaningful education, powerful promotion and a unified

voice we help unlock the possibilities and potential of our diverse,

global membership of vacation rental professionals so they can

skillfully strengthen their businesses; elevating the industry and

ensuring superior guest and homeowner experiences.

Who are VRMA members?

VRMA represents the professional vacation rental management and hospitality industry.

The majority of members are in the United States, but members also represent Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, as well as Central and South America, several European countries, and Australia.

VRMA currently has members in 13 countries.

Types of Members• Manager members qualify by providing full-service management for at

least five short-term rental properties

• StartUp Manager members manage less than five units and intend to grow into Manager membership

• Associate members are on the property management side but don’t provide full-service management (e.g. transaction broker)

• Vendor/Supplier members provide products and services tailored to the hospitality industry and to vacation rental professionals.
