3.60 – 3.69=24 POINTS 2.90 – 2.99=10 POINTS
3.50 - 3.59=22 POINTS 2.80 – 2.89= 8 POINTS
3.40 – 3.49=20 POINTS 2.75 – 2.79= 6 POINTS
3.30 – 3.39=18 POINTS < 2.75= 0 POINTS

STANDARD 1 REFLECTION
One page/ 3 paragraphs/ 10 points
1. Propose an important topic that would be appropriate for teaching a lesson or unit in elementary or middle school. Identify the level where it could be taught.
2. Analyze why this topic is important in the elementary/middle content area.
3. Explain how you would impart your knowledge to elementary or middle school students.
STANDARD 2 REFLECTION
One page/ 3 paragraphs/ 10 points
1. Briefly summarize two different and unique experiences with children and youth. 2. Discuss how the 1st experience allowed you to understand how children with differing ranges of ability learn. Explain how you provided instruction that supports their intellectual, social, and personal development.
3. In a separate paragraph discuss your 2nd experience as in #2 above.

STANDARD 4 REFLECTION
Staple the reflection on the top of your CI 203 lesson plan. Remove all names and lesson reflection from the lesson plan. * The use of technology is recommended but not required at this stage.
1. Provide a summary of your lesson.
2. Discuss how this teaching experience allowed you to use of a variety of instructional strategies, including the use of technology* and other materials.
3. Explain how you encouraged students’ development of critical thinking, problem solving, and performance skills.

STANDARD 9 REFLECTION
1. Identify 2 examples of collaborative practices that you have observed/ experienced in your CI 203 placement or in some other school setting
2. Evaluate effect of choices and actions involving students, parents, and professionals in the community
3. Identify two goals for improving your own professional growth in the area of collaborative leadership
