CZ 912 Trigger Spring Kit From M*CARBO 2. Bench Block From M*CARBO 3. ⅛” Punch 4. 3/32” Punch 5. 1/16” Punch 6. Hammer 7. Eye Protection Step 3: Place Rifle on Bench Block. Take your 3/32” Punch and hammer to tap out the take down pin. Set aside. Step 4: Pull the Trigger mechanism up and out.

Step 5: Tap out the forward pin in the trigger assembly using the 3/32” Punch and hammer over a hole on the Bench Block. Set the pin aside. Slowly back the punch out of the Trigger Assembly.
Step 6: Slowly pull out the Trigger assembly. Set the Trigger Guard aside.
Step 7: Focusing on the rest of the trigger, Remove the trigger Return Spring and set to the side.

Step 14: Add some Synthetic Grease with PTFE to the surface and up under the ledge of the Sear.
Step 15: Place the Trigger Assembly back into the rest of the Trigger Guard, making sure it locates on the back pin.
Step 16: Cover the Trigger Hinge Pin with some Synthetic Grease with PTFE. Locate the pin on the backside and push down it while you line up the holes.

Step 22: The last step is a function test. To make sure your rifle is in good working order. Place weapon on safe, pull the trigger. Then place on fire and feel the difference.
