BBS
• B. F. Skinner – Developed the concept of Operant
Conditioning… Organisms are motivated by how their
behavior OPERATES on the environment.
• Pavlov – Developed the concept of associative
learning – Organisms are motivated through paired
stimuli.

–job behavior which does not meet expectations and requirements
