For sustainable development of Environment, a very important issue for Georgia is the sorting of household waste. Composting is one of the key environmental activities, along with ecological sanitation and conservation of water. Project was realized with financial support of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia. The main goal of the project is improvement of ecological consciousness of population. In particular, offer to rural population in experimental pilot region sorting of household waste and recycling in compost with their direct participation in this process. The select object is a sparsely populated small village Аrgokhi (Аkhmeta district, Kakheti region), where each family will be provided with the special compost boxes. In these capacities they will gather all easily accessible organic materials and natural enrichments. On the base of proposed method, creating the appropriate conditions, for a short time they will receive the best compost for the organic fertilizer. As a result it will be real preconditions for production of environmentally pure products. R U S S I A G E O R G I A Black Sea TURKEY ARMENIA AZERBAIJAN v. Argokhi Akhmeta distric
