MasterSeal® TX 1Textured Polyurethane Sealant

MasterSeal TX 1 is a textured polyurethane performance product. Its durable, non-sag characteristics make it ideal for blending into the surfaces of various structures.

MasterSeal TX1 is designed to be easy to gun and tool. It adheres to both porous and non-porous substrates, including difficult architectural coatings on metal roofing and window components. MasterSeal TX1’s texture is engineered to blend in with the look of masonry concrete, CMU, brick and rough-cut stone.

It provides the appearance of mortar without the age-hardening associated with older textured polyurethanes. MasterSeal TX1 combines a quality textured aesthetic and performance in an easy-to-tool polyurethane product.
