Method adopted for the task?
• Unlike traditional method such as Questionnaire, we conducted short interviews with the customers in Blue Area at Savour Foods and Fresco Sweets.
• The customers were engaged in different questions regarding the factors that attract a customer towards Pakistani products or services.

What are the main factors that attracts you or any customer to be here?-
• 1. Price and Quality• 2. Its our need to be here for meal.• 3. We get satisfaction from meal at savour• 4. Taste is marvelous

affordable price.• 3. Durability (2 people)• 4. A charm that adds to your personality is

Q3: How you compare Pak product with imported products:
• Customers! Pak products lack standard and for most of the organizations, success is to have high profits.
• Foreign products’ success is in the brand loyalty of the customers to an organization.
Q4: Is Price the main factor for a customer in market?
• Good answer by Mr. Adeel Shah• No its not the price but a combination of
factors- among those factors “FRONT MAN DESK” response and behavior also matters the most.• SEE IN OUR DEMO AT THE END
Q5: How far customers think that a location or accessibility of a product
matters?
• Most of the customers replied:• It matters a lot, availability of product in posh
and safe areas is attracting for many people.• If a high quality product is available only in
limited locations it may not gain popularity (Mr. Ashraf)
Q6: Advertisement matters for customers?
• 3 customers said: • Yes, It is we come to know about new or
branded items via advertisement and move to markets to get it.
• Many people said:• Advertisement mostly exploit the customers
and take advantages of their aroused feeling for that product.
Q7: What you think that lacks in Pak market?
• Views of two Customers;• Time….. Pakistani services take more time in
delivery.• It is their greatest drawback.• In foreign countries, people lack time that is
why Fast food trend is accelerating.
Q8: Do you think that Pak market is getting conscious about their customers?
• 4 people said: • Unfortunately not because high quality
products in Pak market is a provided by franchises of Branded Organizations and they have to maintain their good will.
• 3 people:• Yes but not to that extend as it had to be.
OUTCOMES OF THIS ASSIGNMENT
• We came to know that organizations first priority should be CUSTOMERS if they want to survive.
• Its not like the old days that every product used to sell easily in market.
• Customers in Pak market are getting awareness of their customer rights.
• Price, promotion, location, quality and front man desk behavior are the main factors for attracting customers towards a product in Pak market.
