Onboarding Marketing Dear Client, This document gives an overview of our onboarding process. Going through each of these steps will help you to set up your account, assign milestones for every stage of the onboarding, and assist you and your team with discovering each module on our platform. KICK-OFF CALL & Preparing your EVENTBANK ORGANIZATION ACCOUNT Complete your organization profile information, upload your branding files and indicate your social media links Admin Section Set up your Sender Email for executing successful marketing campaigns Campaigns Add Team members: Decide on the roles & permissions of your teams in EventBank Ensure that each of your team members has activated their account and downloaded the EventBank Manager App on their Smartphone device. Admin Section Refer to the widget integration guide on the EventBank platform. Widget integration (optional) In order to set up your EventBank organization account, these items will need to be completed. FINISH THE ACCOUNT SETUP After importing the above information, you can complete the set up of your EventBank page. CRM - IMPORT CONTACTS After customizing “field settings”, download and complete the required CRM contacts Excel file from the platform. Finally, import it on the platform.
