COMING SOON!The Performing Arts Department proudly presents ‘The Little Mermaid’. Based on the Hans Christian Andersen story and the Disney film, the performance will tell the tale of Ariel and her ocean friends on an under-the-sea adventure. It is sure to be filled with energetic songs and dancing, a performance the whole family can enjoy!

HMM...SNACK TIME!

Look who we found on campus…can your student guess who it is? Our junior high students were very creative on their Movie Dress Up Day and we found this trio to be exceptionally great! We present...Velma, Daphne and Scooby Doo!

A special thanks to our junior high volunteer moms who blessed our students during their Valentine’s Day Snack Attack. We are grateful that they spend their time blessing our students with special treats! Take a look at those snacks too!

FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT: GOODNESS It is always a special time when we can recognize our students for their outstanding display of character towards their peers and teachers. We had a moment in Chapel this week to congratulate a few students for their Fruit of the Spirit in Goodness. Our Elementary Principal, Mrs. Cook, was on hand to award certificates to the proud students!

How did God sort the animals? Our preschoolers answered that question this week, discovering how God might have placed the animals in their habitats. Students had the hands on opportunity in the science center to explore where they think all the animals should live.

HOPE IN THE STREETS – Our next Hope in the Streets event will be an outreach to families in need in Escondido on Saturday, March 16, 2019. The event will be held at Lansing Apartments. We could also use help on Thursday, March 14, 2019, from 5pm – 7pm in the Fellowship Hall. We will be sorting clothing and packing groceries in preparation for the outreach.

40 DAY FAST — Pastor Ray is encouraging the family at Maranatha to commit to praying and fasting for 40 days. We will be focusing on Pastor Ray’s word for the year, UNITY. That we would be one with Jesus, as Jesus is one with the Father, that we as the Body of Christ would be one with each other. We will start our prayer journal together on March 6 so that we all go on this journey together and concentrate our efforts leading up to Easter week!

REVIVE WORSHIP NIGHT – Wednesday, March 6, join us as for a night of Worship as we enter into our 40 Day Prayer and Fasting. Service begins at 7pm. See you there!
