Initially Al-Aroom enterprises were established by the large business group named Sardar Group Of Companies. The core and soul purpose of this establishment was to cater the staffing and manpower needs of sardar corporate group.

The group owned hotels, restaurants, security companies and tax/audit firm. Providing work force for these industries in the group,Al-Aroom became one of the most specialist organization of the world in recruiting, training and placing skilled manpower in the following disciplines ( accounts, hospitality, tourism, security & secretarial/administration staff).

Al-Aroom adopted the most realistic approach and modern techniques to hunt, recruit and develop the talent and manpower for the above mentioned industries by observing their needs very closely .In its course of action Al-Aroom establish its own training facility with the name of PANAM institute with the team of highly experienced professionals.
