Brief History
Previously known as Manila Daily Bulletin and The Bulletin Today - It is the largest Newspaper by circulation, billed itself as the PhilippineLeading National Newspaper.
Founded on 1900 as a Shipping Journal - was originally owned by a Swiss expatriate named Hans Menzi.
Its name was changed from Bulletin Today on March 12, 1986
The newspaper is regarded by many for being pro-administration regardless of whoever is in power and also for its optimistic and non-sensational journalism. Unlike other papers, Bulletin editorial do not focus to political views or other issues, instead it focuses to honor government agencies and officials, high-profile person such as the President of the Philippines , and events by the private and public institutions
To further enhance its image as a newspaper which presents positive news articles, the Bulletin recently introduced a new marketing tagline "There's good news here".
Besides its flagship it publishes two other daily tabloids, Tempo and Balita, as well as magazines such as the Philippine Panorama, Bannawag, Liwayway, Bisaya and Hiligaynon.

An improvement in the economy in 2011, accounted for the increase in gross revenues of MB which registered a growth of 148,680,768 or 4.82 % to 3,235,510,320.00 over 2010. Net income of the Corporation reaches to 190,904,421.
Total asset went up by 38,371,204 or .59%, while SHE went up by 40,252,293 or 1.25%,
Advertising revenues amounted to 1,676,349,018 or 51.81% of total revenue while Circulation of newspaper and magazines reached to 1,306,915,129 or 40.39 of total revenue.
