    Outlook for JuneDespite real estate activity indicators revealing performance declines in total sales, median days to sale,listings, and the sales/listings ratio the median sales price improved 7.8% or $145K during the month ofMay for the Manhattan Beach market. This increase in the median sales price was also recorded year-over-year for May with 2014 showing a 4.6% gain or $87.5K bump in aggregate appreciation.

    Of course, expectations for June are extremely positive as mortgage money remains relativelyinexpensive and because summertime is historically known for its surge in real estate buyer and selleractivity. So the question is: How can we be of service to you?
