    Outlook for NovemberCompared to September 2013 data, total homes sold for October decreased by a small amount but is

    partially explained by a decrease in active listings. Although the aggregate median sales price decreased

    improvement was noted for median days to sell, sales/listing ratio, and inventory turnover.

    According to MLS data, combined with news from the Federal Reserve and its intention to continue QE

    policy through 2013, and perhaps well into 2014, it appears leveling-off / positive movement is likely to

    continue during the month of November.
