Student feedback mechanism:

• Class advisors of the class are given the responsibility of collecting feedback from students

belonging to that class to ensure free and fair response.

• A structured Performa consisting of important parameters pertaining to teaching- learning process

has been designed for the purpose of collecting students’ feedback.

• The outcome of the feedback is communicated to the Faculty members concerned wherever

necessary, for their improvement.

• The inputs are communicated to the faculty members through HOD by the Principal for suitable

improvements.

• The feedback is entered into ERP and ratings given by students are calculated to arrive at

accumulative index which will denote the rating of the students for the faculty in a given subject.

5 – Excellent, 4 – Very Good, 3 – Good, 2 – Fair, 1 – Poor

Grievance redressal mechanism for Faculty, Staffs & Students:

There is a grievances redressal committee which is functioning to look into the grievances of teaching

and non-teaching faculty, and students. The committee conducts regular meetings to study the grievances

and recommends suitable measures to the Principal for action. Normally every genuine grievance is

promptly attended and action taken reports is maintained.
