Vertical StandardsThere are five basic sizes of Vertical Standards within range shown inthe previous table.Vertical Standards are manufactured from 48.3 mm O.D. tube. TheseStandards are used in conjunction together to achieve the height of theformwork support by internal spigots which are provided at the top of each Standard to make vertical connections.
Verticals incorporate lower fixed cups set 500mm intervals.Captive rotating cups secure up to 4 components.The lowest bottom cup joint is 80mm from the base of the vertical togive the system improved structural strength.
LedgersM-CUPLOCK Ledgers are used as the main horizontal connecting members for the MCUPLOCK support system.
The Ledgers are manufactured from 48.3 mm O.D. tube with forged steel blades endwhich locate into bottom cups of the Standards and are locked in place by thecorresponding top cups.Ledgers are available in various lengths to provide the desired grid dimension whenused with M-CUPLOCK Standards for formwork support.
Adjustable Base jack The M-CUPLOCK Adjustable Base provides adjustment for the baseStandard. It fits directly into the Standard. Adjustable Base jack ismade up of steel plate, screw jack and steel handle
Adjustable U-head jackhe U-Heads are inserted into the top of the vertical standardsdjustable U-Head is made up of a “U” shape steel plate, screw jacknd steel handle
The H20 formwork timber beam is a solid I-beam used for concrete formwork construction.The height of beam is 200mm and available in different standardlengthsThe webs made of 3 ply laminated solid wood panels ensuringhigh carrying capacity for continuous use in all climate zone.The chords are made of superior quality smoothly surfaced andslightly chamfered.
