Who is Manager Max ? Serge Grudzinski graduated from Stanford University with a Master’s Degree in Engineering. He then worked as a Management Consultant for BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON and A.T. KEARNEY. In 1993, he decided to add humor to his consulting practice and he founded HUMOUR CONSULTING GROUP. He created the character of MANAGER MAX and made a breakthrough in Change Management and Motivation.
