    Develop a science for each element of an individualswork, which will replace the old rule- of thumbmethod. (observe and recruit)

    2nd principle (filter and train)

    A professional committee from the LondonOlympic organizing body will select the bestparticipants.

    Selectees are required to undergo intensivetraining and teaching to develop a performance ofcertain standard and preference according to the

    organizing body.

    3rd principle ( communicate and cooperate)

    A team leader is selected to cooperate with theteam as well as to apply conceptual skill to ensurethe work is done in accordance to the principle.

    The leader guides and communicates with theteam to bring out the best of each individual.

    4th principle (division and allocation)

    It must be ensured that work and responsibility aredivided to each and every team member whereeach person plays their role and everyone pullstheir weight.

    Work and responsibility should be allocatedequally to all members accordingly to theirindividual capability in accomplishing tasks

    within a given time.

    Actions consuming shorter time period. Enabling task to be done precisely and efficiently.

    Standardize tools and procedures

    Every machinery and/or tools must be operating at

    optimum level. Performers should follow strictly on procedures and

    regulations in order to avoid inefficiency.

    Instead of doing a formal format of the policy,

    we have chosen to explain the policy in eachprinciple in the Fredrick W Taylor scientifictheory.

    Based on these principles it is seen that inscientific management, the best and mostskilled employee is chosen to handle a certaintask to ensure excellence in production.
