Stress Management - The way you balance your lifestyle, such as getting enough sleep, exercise, food and doing something fun!
Stress Relief - The ways you reduce stress, such as physical activity, deep breathing, stretching and muscle tension release.
Physical activity - Jogging, walking, tag or sports games, push-ups, curl-ups, jumping rope, riding bikes, etc.

Progressive muscle relaxation-A technique to help relax a person and their muscles.
Deep breathing-Deep breathing is a relaxation technique that releases tension from the body and clears the mind.

All people need some rest and sleep. The body grows and repairs itself during sleep. Nine to eleven hours of sleep every night
