Magento2 Product Return RMA

RMA is very useful for product return and order return. With the help of this module, a customer can return the products, have them exchanged or refunded within the admin specified time limit.

INTRODUCTION

Magento2 Product Return RMA module allows you to organize a system for

customers to request a return without any efforts. RMA is very useful for

product return and order return. With the help of this module customers will be

able to return the products, have them exchanged or refunded within a

specified time limit set by admin. Guest & registered users can request for

RMA. They will be able to enter consignment number and upload images after

RMA generation. Buyers will be able to print their RMA details and shipping

labels easily. Buyers and admin can communicate at store end. Admin will be

able to return quantity to their store by using “Return Quantity” option.


The customer can see RMA tab under My Account like the image below.

REGISTERED CUSTOMER – REQUEST NEW RMA

The customer will generate New RMA using Request New RMA Button.

• Customer will select product for RMA.

• Customer will Select specific package condition, Select Resolution Type - Refund or Exchange and fill other required entries.

• Customer will mark the RMA solved and click on “Submit Request”.


REGISTERED CUSTOMER – RMA HISTORY

After creating RMA, the customer can find RMA history of all order. There are filter and sorting option by which customer can find particular RMA. Customer will click on the “View” button RMA to check details for the RMA.

After clicking on view option this page will be open with that particular RMA.


REGISTERED CUSTOMER – VIEW RMA / SUBMIT REQUEST

• The customer can enter the consignment number and upload additional images of the product.

• View admin & his conversation history.

• Customer can enter a message for the admin.

• customer will mark the RMA solved and click on “Submit Request”.

• If RMA status is solved then the customer can reopen that RMA.


REGISTERED CUSTOMER – PRINT SHIPPING LABEL

After clicking Print shipping label, customer will be redirected to print page.


GUEST USER– REQUEST NEW RMA

The customer can click the Order Returns link at the footer of the home page.

After clicking on this link you just need to enter their correct Order Id and Email.


GUEST USER – NEW RMA / SUBMIT REQUEST

The guest user can create new RMA very easily by filling up & selecting the required fields for RMA submit request..


GUEST USER– RECEIVES ACKWNOWLEDGEMENT

After the generation of New RMA, Customer/Guest will receive an Email.


GUEST USER– RMA HISTORY

At RMA history page, guest user can see the all RMA history and view the RMA details by clicking on “View Details” link.


General Usage
