As Magento2 default registration fields are not extendable, we have designed the module Custom Registration Field for Magento2 by which admin will be able to create custom registration fields that will be displayed on the customer /user sign up form. Using this module will help to capture more customer information. You can set custom field validation for the registration page entries. For example valid number, use the number only, avoid spaces, use the valid date, etc.This module supports all input types including dropdown, dependable field, multi-select and image upload during sign up form. The custom fields are also visible on the sales email, sales order & invoice.

Admin will add a new custom registration field for the signup form.

Admin will enter the details for the Custom Field like- Default label, Attribute Code, Input Type, Sort Order & click save.


Customer Signup Page- With Custom Registration Fields

Custom Registration Field will appear on the create account signup page on the frontend as shown here.


Customer Account Page- Edit Additional Account Information

Customers will be able to edit their additional account information by going to their account and then selecting menu item “Additional Account Information”.
