Introduction

The add-on Marketplace Shipping On Per Product for magento2 will allow sellers to add shipping cost per product for their Magento2 Marketplace products. At the add product page the seller will set the shipping cost for his products. This way a seller can set his own shipping cost for each of his products. Total shipping cost would be – shipping cost of each product multiplied by the quantity of the product. The shipping cost calculation will be set by admin to depend upon the shipping cost of main product or it’s associated product’s shipping cost. When the buyers will place an order they will see the Marketplace Shipping On Per Product shipping under shipping methods. Buyers will select the shipping method and after that they will see the shipping method selected under order review while completing an order. If the admin has set “Allow Seller to Manage Order” to “Yes” then sellers can generating invoices, add tracking number and shipment for their ordered products. Even the seller can notify the customers by sending them emails, cancel / refund the order or print the order.


The Marketplace Shipping On Per Product module feature will be displayed on the “Add New Product” page of seller.

Sellers can set the Invoice and Packaging slip Address/Tax/Vat information that will appear on Shipping & Invoice Slips.

Seller will set the shipping price for their product by navigating to Marketplace->New Products page.

When Buyers place an order for the seller’s product, they will see the Marketplace Shipping On Per Product under shipping methods.

After the buyer has placed the order, seller can see the placed order under “My Orders” . Here he can click “view” option on the order to view the order detail.

Sellers will generate invoice and shipping slips, & adding tracking number for their orders. Seller can send email notifications to the customers , cancel / refund orders.

After shipping and invoice generation, sellers can see Complete Order details like- Items Ordered, Invoices & Shipment for the order. Seller can generate a credit memo too.

This add-on can be used by sellers who wish to set shipping price per product. It will give sellers flexibility of assigning different shipping cost for each of their products. The buyer will select shipping on per product at checkout and the total shipping cost would be – shipping cost of each product multiplied by the quantity of the product. Admin can set whether shipping cost will depend upon the shipping cost of main product or its associated products shipping cost. Sellers can easily download the shipping and invoice slips and send tracking information to the customers. Sellers can manage their orders completely if admin has set the allow seller to manage order setting to yes then he can even cancel or refund the order and generate credit memos.

• The vendor can add different shipping price of each product.• Admin can also update shipping prices of products.• Admin selects whether, the per product shipping calculation will depend on the main

product shipping price or on their associated product’s shipping price.• Cost of each product will be multiplied by the product quantity added by the customer

and then the total will be displayed on the checkout page.• In case, shipping per product rate is not set by the seller, then admin’s default per

product shipping rate will be applied. Admin can set the default per product shipping while configuring the module.

• The seller can add Invoice & Packing slip address, VAT, TAX information.• The seller can enter tracking number and save it.• Ability to download Invoice and Shipping Slip easily.• The codes are open source, so it can be customized as per your requirement.
