Automated hematology analyzer should include 24 parameters - including histogram for RBC, WBC and platelel. - Should have impedance principle for cmu~ting and photomeler for hemoglobin.

It shollld read at least 60 ,wples per horn or more. Should have dual channel measurement. Double dilution chamber Sample volume less than 200 micro litres in whole blood and pre -dilute mode. It should have various types of discrete mode and real time random access analysis to save reagent consmption and analysis time. Sampling needle should have automatic wash From inside and outside. LCD with g r a p h d user interface (GUT) for easy operation. Large illuminated colored VGA LCD sl~ould display the result of all parameters and l&togram together. Should have sample manual and capillary mode. Should have capacity to store at leas1 20000 numeric patient results and 5000 graphics.
