Complaints regarding malfunctioning of Computer hardware, Printer, Internet, LAN and Wi-Fi can be made to the Engineer concerned as per the Duty Roster. In case, the complaint is not redressed within a reasonable period, the Computer Management Branch- Hardware Unit may be informed of the same. In the first instance, the matter regarding not attending complaints may be brought to the notice of Coordinator at Phone number- 23034343 (for Hardware) and 23034392 (for Networking). If the complaint is still not resolved, Hardware Unit may be contacted at telephone number 23035055/23794886 (for hardware) and 23035328/23034280/23035290 (for networking). 3.
