All these 213 Officers may kindly note that this is the last opportunity to submit the IPR for the year 2020 failing which denial of vigilance clearance for empanelment of promotion, grant of TSP, deputation, etc. and also disciplinary action will be initiated against them as per the extant provisions of the LSS (Conduct} Rules.

CIRCULAR

Subject: Online submission of Immovable Property Returns (IPRs} by the Officers of the Secretariat as on 1st January, 2020.

*** Under Rule 7 (1) (ii) of the Lok Sabha Secretariat (Conduct) Rules, 1955, as

amended from time to time, every officer in any post in Group 'A' and 'B' is required to furnish an annual return in the prescribed form giving the particulars of immovable property owned, acquired or inherited by the officer in his/her own name or in the name of any other member of his/her family living with or in any way dependent on him/her.

2. In this regard, it has been observed during 2020, in response to circular No. 31917 dated 31.12.2019 and subsequent reminder dated 30.01.2020 only 1564 officials had submitted their IPRs online within stipulated time i.e. by 31.01.2020 and 213 officials had not submitted the same. The names and details of said officials are given in Annexure.

3. The Competent Authority has taken a serious view of the matter and directed that the delinquent officers be given the last opportunity to file their IPR for the year 2020. Accordingly, it has. been decided to open the IPR Port/Window for 2020 in SPARROW for 15 days to enable 213 defaulted officers who had not filed their IPRs by 31.01.2020. They may now file their IPR status as on 01.01.2020 latest by 25th March, 2021.
