In this regard, it has been observed during 2020, in response to circular No. 31917 dated 31.12.2019 and subsequent reminder dated 30.01.2020 only 1564 of ficials had submitted their IPRs online within stipulated time i.e. by 31.01.2020 and 213 officials had not submitted the same. The names and details of said officials are given in Annexure. 3. The Competent Authority has taken a serious view of the matter and directed that the delinquent officers be given the last opportunity to file their IPR for the year 2020. Accordingly, it has. been decided to open the IPR Port/Window for 2020 in SPARROW for 15 days to enable 213 defaulted officers who had not filed their IPRs by 31.01.2020. They may now file their IPR status as on 01.01.2020 latest by 25th March, 2021.
