• LogBox is the easiest and most hassle-free attendance monitoring system in the world. With its multiple connectivity options, LogBox could be deployed anywhere there is a LAN, Wi-Fi or 3G network available. The time-keeping device is pre-configured before it is delivered to you. So, all you have to do is plug it in and you can start using it immediately.

• Each time an employee swipes his card or scans his fingerprint, his attendance data is automatically uploaded to a Cloud-based Reports Server that is accessible via any web-enabled browser on any PC, Android or iOS device. Your attendance reports are immediately available from the Cloud wherever and whenever you need to produce them.

LogBox is a customized Linux-based time clock and attendance machine with touch screen display. Record time ins and time outs automatically and accurately each time. No need for manual encoding of work hours from traditional timecards.

Employees work hours are automatically calculated. Overtime and undertime hours are also generated at the end of every shift.

Gain real-time visibility on all employees' attendance. Know who is present, absent, late for work, anytime you require such information.

All your employees work hours are logged daily. Employees can view their own online timesheets. Managers can view their team members' timesheets. Top management can have full visibility on all employee's attendance records on demand.

A VGA front camera takes a snapshot of your employees as they time in and out on the device. These log-in pictures could be viewed through the Web-App for admin verification.

LogBox can recognize RFID ID cards, or any card with embedded RFID. Your employees can start tapping their IDs and receive credits for time ins as soon as the system validates their profiles.

LogBox can use Biometrics or fingerprints instead of RFID cards to ensure authenticity of employees' identities.

LogBox can be connected to your door lock to double as a security access control system for your office. With this setup, your employees' ID cards and/or biometrics will serve as access key and keep unauthorized people from entering your company premises.

FAQs

Will LogBox work with our current Office IDs?LogBox could read most RFID cards. If your ID card has embedded RFID, we could place an RFID reader in the Logbox that is compatible with your ID Card. If it is not yet an RFID card, you could either have them replaced with RFID cards or we could supply you with RFID sticker tags that you could attach to your ID card.

Is there a limit to the number of employees per device? Technically, no. Any number of employees can swipe in and out of any LogBox at any time. Each swipe will be recorded and displayed on the Attendance Reports Server. However, if there are too many employees swiping in just one device, the queuing time will take longer. At 4 seconds per employee, 100 employees can log out within 400 seconds or approximately 6 minutes in one device. It will take longer for 300, 500 or 1,000 employees.

Is there a lock-up period?No. We are confident that companies will be satisfied with LogBox System. If you’re not happy with our time and attendance solution, you can cancel your account anytime without having to pay for pre- termination fees.

Who owns the LogBox device? The client will not own the device and it is co-terminus with the LogBox subscription. Correspondingly, if the device breaks down, LogBox will replace it with a new unit at no charge to the client within one day from reported breakdown.

What about the Connectivity Cost?LogBox could be connected to the Internet either through a UTP LAN Cable, Wi-Fi or 3G.There is no additional charge if the connection is through the client’s LAN or Wi-Fi. However, cost of cabling will be shouldered by the client.

Do you retain a copy of the attendance pictures? Yes, we retain the pictures for two months.

Do you have a Payroll System? No, but our Business Partner, Gurango Software, has a Human Resource Solution. However, we are not an exclusive product of Gurango Software, our Cloud-based Reports Server can connect to any 3rd Party Payroll System for Payroll Computation.
