Water Weights ™ load test bags are a unique product for providing a load in place of traditionaldead weights for all forms of load testing. The highly certified system allows safe, practical andeconomical use of water as a weight for load testing.

Water Weights ™ bags are used for suspended or deck loads using any number of bags for loadsup to 1000 tons. Bags are made in standard sizes, but special bags can be manufactured to anypractical shape of size.

Water weights ™ bags are fully certified and tested in accordance with government requirementsand regulations. Each bag has a minimum factor of safety in excess of 6:1 and physically proof load tested to a minimum of twice it’s rated capacity before being placed in service.

Water Weights is approved to ISO 9001:2000

During transportation and staging the bags with load cells weight approximately 1.5 %of its rated load keeping freight costs, storage space, floor loading and especially manpowerto a minimum.

Water Weights bags are available in a wide range of sizes. Bags can be hung in combinations to

achieve large loads. Specialist 'low headroom' bags are available for testing where headroom isrestricted. With bags weighing only some 2% of achievable load, floor-loading restrictions arerarely a problem. Bags are ideally suited to inaccessible lifting points. A variety of add-on optionsare available to meet specialist requirements such as extended drainage trunks, drain valves andmanifold control systems.

Water Weights bags are very light, thus aiding handling. Bags are fully rigged and ready to hangand fill. Controlled filling and emptying is simple. The load is measured accurately with a certifiedloadcell or flowmeter.
