The Bank of America Chicago Marathon is the pinnacle of achievement for elite athletes and everyday runners alike. On Sunday, October 12, 2014, runners from all 50 states and more than 100 countries will set out to accomplish a personal dream by reaching the finish line in Grant Park. The Bank of America Chicago Marathon is known for its flat and fast course that starts and finishes in Grant Park and travels through one of the world’s most magnificent cities. The course has produced four world records, several national records, and countless personal bests. Participants enjoy the support of 1.7 million spectators as they run through 29 neighborhoods. This is a great marathon if you are trying to qualify for Boston. Participants are welcome to join one of several different Nike+ Pace Teams. Participants can sign up with a Nike+ Pace Team at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon Health & Fitness Expo at Chi-cago’s McCormick Place Convention Center. GUARANTEED ENTRY PACKAGES. To register, you must be 16 years of age or older on event day. Individu-als under 18 years of age must have a statement signed by their parent or legal guardian permitting their partici-pation LOTTERY ENTRIES: A small portion of International entrants may obtain Entry through the lottery system. Refunds for Guaranteed Entry packages will NOT be made to those who purchase one of our Guaranteed Entry Packages and then gain entry through the lottery. PACKET (BIB NUMBER) PICK-UP Participants must pick up their own packets at the Health & Fitness Expo during regularly scheduled hours. Participants must provide photo identification upon picking up their packets to verity their identity as the registrant to whom the bib number is assigned.

TERMS & CONDITIONS It is your responsibility to read and understand the following terms and conditions. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or need clarification. CANCELLATION PENALTY: All money paid to Marlin Travel is non-refundable, no exceptions for any reason. We offer and recommend you purchase Cancellation Insurance to cover you for this non-refundable amount. Once you have been accepted into the 2014 Bank of America Chicago Marathon, all fees are NONREFUNDABLE, under all circum-stances. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Transat Travel Insurance is optional and can only be purchased at time of booking. Travel Insurance protects you for the NON REFUNDABLE cost of your package, should you have to cancel due to a covered rea-son. Insurance rates vary according to the price of your package, your age and length of stay. We will contact you for a quote prior to confirming your participation. Please note: An injury that prevents you from running the Marathon IS covered under this Insurance Policy. CHANGES: If you decide to change your booking or any part of it once it has been confirmed, a $75.00 administration fee per change will be charged. EVENT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Participants must be 16 years or older on race day, October 12, to enter the 2014 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Participants 16-17 years of age must have a statement signed by their parent or legal guardian permitting them to participate in the race.

• The 2014 Bank of America Chicago Marathon has a maximum net race day finish time of six hours and 30 minutes (6:30:59). The Marathon course will reopen for public use on a rolling schedule based on this time limit.

• The sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.

• All registration fees and ancillary purchases are nonrefundable.

• All participants are required to show a government-issued photo ID upon picking up their own participant packet (bib number and timing device) at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon Health & Fitness Expo during the scheduled hours of operation.
