Including information that is relevant that is usual shown as the opening titles of a movie such as the Production Company and directors. Just like in real life it included instructions on how to order and pay for a coffee for Lego people. And the prices of it is ‘awesome’ – Parody- society follows instructions such as paying ridiculous amounts for a coffee even though you can get one for a lot cheaper. Meta – the movie refers to itself as Lego comes with instructions and the Lego societies in the movies also The uniform traffic shows all the cars moving at the same time and speed to the song everything is awesome. Shows the Lego people have exact timings so that everyone is in sync. Parody- The movie is mocking the idea of social conformity whereby everyone is the same and everyone follows the same rules as they are all given the same set of instructions. Purpose= “critique of consumerism and social conformity” They just follow what society does and societies instructions to be at the same places at the same time travelling at the same speed. Batman opens the gate to get into presidents businesses building Micro mangers are released from lord businesses office; they prepare people to be in the perfectly position for when they are glued down as they descend from the sky. The bad cop turns into the good cop then switches back.
