Question: On top of Legends street lights there is a small circular clear lens with blue on it. What is this? Answer: This is a photo cell. This turns the street lights on and off. Question: My husband receives our monthly billing statement by email. I would like to receive one too. Answer: Multiple emails are now available. If you would like to be added please let the office know. Question: When I was at the pool, there were members using the Café tables playing cards. Is this allowed? Answer: Cards and games should be played in the activities room, library, or Studio 1. The restaurant facilities should be used for dining. The Annual Meeting will be held at Riverside Church on April 13, 2017 at 10:00
a.m. On Tuesday, March 7th, all members will be mailed the second notice of the
Annual Meeting. There were four (4) open seats on the Board of Directors. There were
four candidates that placed their name into nomination for the Board of Directors: Jeff
