In this 2-day classroom course you will follow the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) while learning the tools necessary to perform at a Yellow Belt level on a project team.

This course is suited to those just entering the Lean Six Sigma arena as well as those preparing for Yellow Belt certification. This course covers the entire Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge to the level of the certification exam.

This is NOT an introductory course and is intended for those planning to sit for “The white corp. Certified Production/Manufacturing Professional exam”. The course provides a very thorough overview of the topics covered in the body of knowledge for the Certified Production/Manufacturing Professional exam. It is designed to teach these topics since they are the topics and tools that shall be understood and utilized by production/manufacturing Managers, Engineers and supervisors in their production/manufacturing management.

Format:

This is a face-to-face, instructor-led 16 Hours.

Also, our course is presented as interactive online.

Classroom-based instruction involves the highest level of instructor/student interaction. We offer classroom style training in two formats; (Public & on-site).

Material:

The student manual is included with the purchase price of this course and will be delivered to the student on-site during the first day of class.
