Michael Caine, British film actor(in the film The Italian job)

• Sir Michael Caine, CBE (born Maurice Joseph Micklewhite on 14 March 1933) is an English actor and author. Renowned for his distinctive Cockney accent, Caine has appeared in over one hundred films and is one of Britain's most recognisable actors.

• He made his breakthrough in the 1960s with starring roles in a number of British films, including Zulu (1964), The Ipcress File (1965), Alfie (1966), The Italian Job (1969), and Battle of Britain (1969). His most notable roles in the 1970s included Get Carter (1971), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), and A Bridge Too Far (1978). He achieved critical success in the 1980s, with Educating Rita (1983) earning him the BAFTA and Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. In 1986 he received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Hannah and Her Sisters.

Which modern or historical leaders do you admire the least? Why?

I at least admire Hitler because he is a bad example of a person and he spread worldwide Nazism. I at least admire the modern creator Sekirarski because his models are not my type of wearing.

What makes a great leader? Write down a list of characteristics.

A good leader should be:- -confident- -own internal energy- -to have a role as a leader- -perfectionist- -optimistic- -creative- -ability to direct and organize the activities.

Are there differences between men and women as leaders? Why have most great leaders been men?

Leadership qualities are equally found in men, women, older, younger and do not depend on nationality, race, religion and other affiliations.

But it can be said that there are more men leaders, because they have greater vigor.

Are people who were leaders at school more likely to be leaders later in life?

Not everyone can be a leader, because it should have innate qualities. Leader comes to the fore of the school, the company, with children's play, and over time these properties are perfected personality and gets a prospect of a good leader.

Bad leader is always a bad example because he is a loser. He risked not, he is not innovative, afraid of failure and lacks self-confidence and determination.

• Managers try to be heroes.        Leaders make heroes of everyone around them.

• Managers take credit.                 Leaders take responsibility.

• Managers are focused.               Leaders create shared focus.

• Managers exercise power over people.  Leaders develop power with people.

What, in your opinion, are the strengths and weaknesses of Ingvar Kamprad? Would you like to work for him?

Kamprad has lived in Epalinges, Switzerland, since 1976. According to an interview with TSR, the French-language Swiss TV broadcaster, Kamprad drives a 1993 Volvo 240, flies only economy class, and encourages IKEA employees always to write on both sides of a piece of paper. He reportedly recycles tea bags and is known to pocket the salt and pepper packets at restaurants." In addition, Kamprad has been known to visit IKEA for a "cheap meal".

When you will not be ready for what I expected to work. When you attain the highest level of age when they will be unable to perform the work.
