Enzymatic Laundry Detergent

Procedure:

Dissolve Surfonic HSC-400 or NR-95 Surfactant & Sulphonic Acid LS in water, adding some of the salt to prevent gelling.

Neutralize with monoethanolamine to desire pH. Add propylene glycol, borax, calcium chloride, dye, & fragrance. Add

enzymes.



Liquid Laundry Detergent – Anti-Static & Grass Stain Remover

This is an economical formulation yet effective heavy duty laundry detergent designed for easy removal of typical soils,

while minimizing static cling. Crodateric TO acts synergisticaly with Igepal CO-630 to enhance the formulation’s cleaning

performance on oil, particulate, and grass stains. Crodaquat TES, a water soluble cationic surfactant, imparts, static

control while acting as an anti-gelling agent and formulation stabilizer.

Part A

Dissolve Unisan SS5053 in water.

Add KB7, LP-100, PVP K-30, Gantrez AN 149 and glycerin

Part B

Dissolve sodium sulphate and sodium tripolyphosphate in water

Mix part A and B, followed by Integra 44 and Antara (Polectron) 430

Formulation Instructions

Dissolve Unisan SS5053 in water.

Add Tinopal CBS-X, soda ash and PVP K-30.

Add sodium lauryl ether sulphate, nonylphenol ethoxylate 9EO and Surfadone LP-100, stir until all ingredients are

dissolved.

Add Integra 44, dye and fragrance.
