CLUBCORP RESPONSIBILITY- ITEMS TO REMEMBER:

Cluster 5- Phase 1 Control structure, grate, baffle. $9,395.00 per estimate #323 dated 3/7/2019- placed on hold. Cost could be more if control structure needs repairing.

Cluster 5- Phase 2- Exploratory Excavation for Possible Pipe Collar. $7,900.00 per estimate #323 dated 3/7/2019- placed on hold. Repair costs could be more based on findings.

SUMMARY

This inspection showed that the majority of the drainage ditches were functioning properly. The most notable repairs from this inspection were the broken pipe joints. These sections of pipe will need to be excavated in order for the repairs to be made. A few areas will require maintenance for the first time. The number of repairs noted from this inspection were less than the prior three.

Respectfully submitted,

Tom Picciano
