leading to loss of production.

More concentration in getting the labour by

technical personnel which reduces theirconcentration in solving the technicalproblems.

Normally blowroom have2 persons in blowroom and

allocated. But in case of chute

feed only one for blow room

and 1 person for 16 cards are involved

impact of labour shortage will clearly mean increase inwages and more welfare facilities will have to becreated to attract workers, which will ultimately leadto increase in costs for the spinning mills.
