Message from the Head Teacher Welcome to May’s newsletter. This has been a short half term, but as you will see from the features a busy one. In addition to the many events and achievements celebrated here, we continue to work hard on improvement. To help students track their own progress, we have introduced student flight paths. In every subject students can track the progress they are making in their journey towards the end of Year 11. Every day now starts with Form Time so that students can meet with their Form Tutor and plan for the day ahead. In June we hope to move to a Vertical House System to increase celebration, competition and student leadership. We are currently reviewing the structure of the week and days ready for timetable roll-up in June. Any changes we make are to help accelerate student progress and underpin a positive school ethos. This year our students raised over £300 for Sports Relief through various activities. Miss Walters. Sainsbury’s Active Kids Please send in all remaining vouchers to school as soon as possible.
