Annual Fund 2015-2016 Development Office KINGHAM HILL SCHOOL Why is it important? Kingham Hill is not able to achieve all of its goals from fee income alone. Whilst some planned developments can be financed from the within the capital budget, the Development Office provides essential support in funding enhanced facilities. The Annual Fund provides extra equipment for use in a wide variety of areas of school life, including academic provision, sports, and extra-curricular activities. These additional resources help to ensure that Kingham Hill is able to provide the best possible, fully-rounded education to all the pupils. Who should give and how much? You may give whatever you wish. Anyone – Hillians, parents, grandparents, friends, governors, staff past and present are all invited to support Kingham Hill School on a regular basis. Participation is the key, regardless of the size of your gift, and together you can make a real difference to what can be achieved. How can I give? Gifts can be one-off or spread over the year through standing order payments. If you are a UK taxpayer, please ensure that you complete the gift aid declaration to enable us to claim the tax relief and make your gift go even further in support of the School. If you are a US taxpayer and would like to make a tax efficient gift to the School, this can now be done via the British Schools and Universities Foundation. Please contact the Development Office for more details. How will my gift be spent? Your gift will be spent on the area you choose and you can highlight your preference when completing the gift form. You may also choose, if you so wish, to allow school leaders to decide for you based upon the priorities and needs of the School this year. Ways of giving Regular giving: You can spread the cost, and give as often as you like, for as long as you like, by setting up a standing order using the attached gift form and returning it to the Development Office.
