1. FORMINGThe group gets together for the first time.Formal rules/method of working are yet to be established.

Being polite.

Being guarded in what they say or do.Who say a lot and others who say nothing.Testing each other out.

2. STORMING

After the relatively polite forming stage, member grow in confidence and an amount of in-fighting is likely.

Expressing opinions about personalities and work method.

More humour, energy and openness. Nothing is to much trouble, no challenge is too difficult.
