Tena koutou katoa The 2016 Kenakena School Boys Mentoring Programme is up-and-running this term with our first cohort of Year 6 boys enjoying a trip to the National Police College and a session of healthy cooking with Jeanine van Kradenburg, a dietitian from Party Perfect as well as other in-school activities. At the National Police College the boys learned about the forensics of finger-printing. A police-dog handler presented to the boys about his job, the training involved and about working hard and staying focused to achieve goals and stay out of trouble. The boys also toured the Police Museum. Thanks to Mr Ryan Jackson and Mr Andy Jenkins for organising the trip.

with our first cohort of Year 6 boys enjoying a trip to the National Police College and a
