What Makes this Program Distinctive?
Indiana Kelley–SKK GSB Executive MBA Program is a unique and innovative dual degree program in
Korea that provides opportunities for students to pursue MBA education without career interruptions.
Throughout the program, students can take courses taught by world-renowned faculty members of
both schools, learn best business practices, and gain global perspectives. The curriculum also provides
excellent opportunities for students to acquire leadership skills and other critical management skills
such as effective communications, negotiations and business ethics.

Residency Program
During the16 month period, students join the in-residence program in the U.S. twice and experience
a week of in-residence in Korea. The programs provide EMBA students with unique learning
opportunities for indentifying global business issues and recognizing the interrelationship between
business and government policies, etc.
Residency I (2 weeks)The first 2 weeks in Bloomington helps students to develop a global perspective that underpins the entire

Residency II (2 weeks)The second 2 weeks in the U.S. provides first-hand knowledge of how to do business in a
multinational environment.
Residency III : Applied Business Project (1 Week)The third residency program in Korea gives students the opportunity to integrate all of their EMBA learning
into real business solutions.
