Recently, a two-day training session on the subject of Communication and Presentation Skills

was held for the employees, lead by Vivek Randeria, a Corporate Trainer and Director of Hunch

Consultancy.

The event was an amalgam of learning and wisdom along with entertainment and revivification

from the every-day customary day at work. Topics ranging from ‘The Art of Persuasion’ to

‘Presenting oneself more confidently’ were explained and practiced. The response received was

very encouraging and within a fortnight, the second batch was arranged.

The session included lot of practice and our active employees did full justice. A Certificate was

also awarded at the end of the session, presented with their final learning scores. A take away

for each desk was also distributed.

Greetings, Welcome to our maiden monthly E-newsletter. Adani Realty today, has an

active presence at four geographical locations in the Country. We have within these

locations various Projects/Sites under various stages of construction/occupation.

Events and engagements keep our employees tied to a cause, larger then than their

individual contributions. Through this monthly endeavor, we would present to you your

significant moments. This E-newsletter would aslo look forward for your views and

observations, for What's up @ Adani Realty to emerge out as one of the best look forward

moments for you, showcasing our cheerful togetherness and strong association as one

team, one goal.

Another feat here is the active involvement of a young intern in HR from PDPU, Gandhinagar Ms. Mahima Silajiya who painstakingly worked to get this up on your

screen. Our thanks to Mr Ankur Saxena for designing the theme.Team HR & Admin

I have been working with Adani since the past 10 years and this was the most interactive session I have ever heard in a day. I have joined some seminars earlier, but here there is no separation. We’re all here with our colleagues and from today onwards I think that my dealing and relationship with them will be definitely different. Very great session for us

Going green for a better future. With Environment Day on the list too, Adani Realty organized a tree plantation wherein 450 trees / shrubs were planted across all its business locations. Trees ranging from Almond, Chiku, Geiger, Golden Shower and India Coral trees, were planted. The Horticulture department played a pivotal role in the drive.

The event ended with a lot many smiling faces, for tomorrow too!

On an average, one tree produces nearly 260 pounds of oxygen each year. Two mature trees an provide enough oxygen for a family of four.

Just one pint of donated blood can help save as many as

three people’s life. Adani Foundation therefore organized a

Blood Donation Camp, commenced by the Chairman

himself and further proceeded by the employees at all the

business locations. Around 108 units were donated across

Adani Realty.

The event was a phenomenal success since everyone who donated and contributed to this big

cause, felt an immense sense of pleasure and bliss.

Everyone were encouraged and supported by the

organization, with a significant contribution from the

HR, Admin, Medical Center and Safety teams.

Also, Mr. Hitesh Rathore and Mr. Rakesh Parekh

took extraordinary efforts, to motivate and mobilize

volunteers and the collection drive successfully.

Being the SPoC's, they were there with their team

throughout the day, handling commutation and

refreshments for the donors.

apparent changing environment.

responsibilities, were looked upon and

taken care of.

gratified.

It is our 4th year of successful completion in making Adani Realty a better place to learn. Recognized by E-Vidyalaya- an online training platform which hosts learning courses in a wide range of disciplines for all the employees, our Adani Realty had the highest percentage of participants exceeding the learning plan in 2017-18, making Adani Realty a winner. We heartily congratulate all of you employees for the tremendous enthusiasm to learn and grow together.

Mr SuryaPrakash was feliciated by Mr Karan Adani on June 6, 2018 for his active contribution in North Star 1 Program.

Since January’17 we have started celebrating the birthdays of employees as an opportunity carnival, involving and convoking people from all departments and divisions at the same time. From 2018 we used this forum for also for connecting to a cause. In the month of Jan '18 we sang the Adani Anthem and in Feb'18, employees ‘Finger-printed the logo of Adani’, while in Mar'18 an ‘Appreciation Card’ was written by everyone to someone, invoking more smiles touching hearts. The The art of paper making was used to demonstrate Trust, Courage and Commitment by preparing an Elephant, Lion and Dolphin by nimble fingers in Apr'18. Adani Values were recalled and ‘Poem Writing’ task was given in the month of May 18.

"Fun with Stretch" activity was held in June'18 so as to break free the office hassle with peppy moves on board! People were in high spirits while shaking their legs on the song 'Bum Bum Bole...Masti Me Dole'. Choreography was taught by the team, int the form of a story, based on their every day -routine at work. There was a step for coming into the office, punching-in, getting seated at the desk, working and recieving appreciation!
