This month marks eleven years since the beginning of Global Exploits Ministries. Blessings to you, our faithful friends and part-ners! We want you to know how much we love and appreciate you all. You have walked with us for over a decade now and we have seen much fruit come as a result of our labor in the faith together! SHIFTING GEARS ANDEXPANDING THE VISION:

HAPPY 11th ANNIVERSARY TO GLOBAL EXPLOITS MINISTRIES!

This month also represents a shift in this ministry. While we will still be filming daily television for the Farsi-speaking nations, training leaders, building house churches, and traveling to preach the Gospel; God has opened a door for me to have my first book published with Harrison House Publishing.

This book represents a shift in the direction and scope of G.E.M. Shift means to move from one place, position, or direction to another. The title of the book is “In Allah They Trust.” God is expanding our scope as a ministry to include all Muslims and to bring awareness in the West concerning Islam. Below you will find a short section of the book. We pray that this will stir your heart and give you some indication of the dimensions God is adding to G.E.M!

ISLAM… MUSLIMS… What goes through your mind when these words are spoken? What emotions do they evoke? Love? Compassion? Curiosity? Fear? Anger? Hatred? Have you even stopped to think about this? Do you even care to think about it?

As with anything in life, ignorance breeds fear and fear cripples us from being effective. My heart burns with a desire to bring awareness to the Church in the West about the advance of Islam. I see how Islam is progressing throughout the World, especially in the West and yes, even in America. Islam is becoming more and more

vocal about its’ agenda and the governments of the West and the Church are becoming less and less vocal about confronting Islam and its slow, silent rise to the top of our social, economic, educational, and political infrastructures. It is on my heart to rally the Church because I firmly believe that it is the answer to Islam and to every issue this World is facing. Having said this, understand that while we must address the influence and dominance of Islam, we must also love the Muslims that are under its control. The way God originally intended it is that the Kingdom of God would be established on earth through His people. God desires that the Church, not the building but the people, the family of God, would establish His will in the earth by allowing His love to flow to all peoples and nations. When we are set apart to that purpose, then we can make a difference and influence this World for Jesus.

We, as the Church of Jesus Christ, must wake up to our responsibility here on earth and understand that there is a force at work in this earth that would like nothing better than to see the demise of Christians, our faith and our freedom. This force has an agenda and it does not include freedom in any arena. This force is what is driving the now 1.3-1.6 billion-member religion of Islam. This force is what Ephesians chapter six calls a principality and it has been strategic in resisting God’s people throughout the generations. My goal is to bring the attention of the Church to focus on the force behind Islam but at the same time promote a love and a compassion for Muslims worldwide. They are held captive by this force and need the love of God and the freedom it brings desperately.

Ephesians 6: 10-13 says, “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”

It is vital that we understand that we are not wrestling against Muslims, but we are wrestling against a force, named Islam, which has come to stamp out freedom that is found in and through Jesus Christ. Islam, and those who adhere to the words of its book called the Koran, cannot cohabit with those who believe in Christ and any government who believes in freedom. It is also vital to understand that we are at war in the heavenlies with an anti-Christ ideology that would see every person in bondage and submission to its ways.

I am sounding the alarm to wake up the Church and let them know that they must be informed concerning Islam, empowered through strategic prayer, and moved by compassion into action by reaching out to their Muslim neighbors with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If they do not do this, they might very well be in bondage to Islam just by virtue of their refusal to engage it. Islam is at our doorstep in America; if you do not believe it, just look at Great Britain. Great Britain, who promoted Christianity around the world, has become a hostage to the fickleness of Islam and Muslim extremist within its borders. The country is slowly losing its freedoms and is gasping for air to undo the devastation brought on by decades of passivity.

Numbers 10:9 says, “When you go to war in your land against the enemy who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, and you will be remembered before the LORD your God, and you will be saved from your enemies.”

Jeremiah 4:19 says, “O my soul, my soul! I am pained in my very heart! My heart makes a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because you have heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war.”

“WHILE WE MUST ADDRESS THE INFLUENCE AND DOMINANCE OF ISLAM, WE MUST ALSO LOVE THE MUSLIMS THAT ARE UNDER ITS CONTROL.”

Joel 2:1 says, “Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; for the day of the LORD is coming, for it is at hand:”

I want to emphasize again Muslims are not our enemy! They are precious men and women, made in the image of God just as we are. They are simply deceived and are in bondage to a false god that is holding them captive to its violent and cruel ways.

We are not talking about a natural war but a spiritual war.

My prayer is that, as you read this book, your eyes would be opened to see that while Muslims are not your enemy, Islam and the force behind it is your enemy in the spirit. We cannot fight Islam with carnal warfare alone. In fact, historically, Islam simply grows stronger and larger the more we engage it with carnal weapons alone. If we truly want to win the battle with Islam and terrorism, then we must first engage it in the spirit. We must pray for Muslims and share the Gospel with them. Prayer, motivated by the love of God, is our weapon of choice! Just as Paul points out in the book of Corinthians, prayer and the love of God are mighty weapons that are not carnal but mighty to pull down the menacing spirit behind Islam!

Many requests pour in through Facebook, email, and phone calls daily, asking us to stand in the gap and pray for those who have connected with us through our daily TV program.

I was on Facebook a few weeks ago and a young man popped up, wanting to chat. He informed me that he is a family member of mine. I have a lot of family members! He asked me if my brother was a pastor. I answered him, “No, but I am.” I asked him if He has known the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior. His answer was very interesting. He said Mr. Karimi; “We can’t talk openly about our ideas and beliefs on places like Facebook because it can cause trouble for us. However, let me just tell you that, ‘we should love one another; as He have loved us...” Then I understood that he was believer! He expressed that he had been a believer for two years and had been watching our TV programs. I asked him what type of work does he do? He answered that he has been looking for a job for a long time but had no success. I told him that Amy and I wanted to pray for him to find an awesome job so you could see the glory of God. Five days later he emailed me and gave us the following testimony. He said, “Pastor Kamran, I don’t know how to express my gratitude to you and your wife for praying for me. After you prayed for me, less than 24 hours later I got a call from a company I had filled out an application with many months ago. I went for the interview and their general manager said to me that they had had many more qualified applicants than me who had applied, but they felt like they had to hire me. I knew exactly why! I give praise to my Lord Jesus Christ for this job.” Praise God, he is now connected with our team in Iran and is beginning to train to be one our leaders.
