To log in, enter username and password and click on the ‘Log in’

1. How to access online courses?
The user can view the courses he/she is enrolled in.
Click on My Online Courses link available in Navigation block, and you will be directed to the online courses page.
You can also access Online Courses by Click on Online Courses block.

Click your desired course on the online courses page, and you will be directed to the course page.

1 (b). How to attempt Quiz?
After fulfilling the restriction criteria, user will able to access the quiz. To attempt the quiz, Click on Quiz.
Click Attempt quiz now.

After attempting all the questions. Click on Finish attempt to submit the quiz.
After submitting the quiz, user can review the quiz. Click on Finish review to return back to the quiz page.
1 (c). How to get Certificate?
After fulfilling the restriction criteria, user will be able to access the certificate. To generate the certificate, Click on Certificate.

2. How to access classroom trainings?
Click on Classroom Trainings box, and you will be directed to the classroom trainings page.
2. How to access classroom trainings? (Continue..)
Classroom trainings are divided into three sections. Completed, Enrolled andAvailable.
All trainings are sorted by server date.
Completed trainings tabs will show the trainings which are completed.
Enrolled trainings tab will show the training in which the user is enrolled.
Available trainings tab will show the trainings which are available for the user to user.
User can also search the training by name, training mode, month and year.
2 (a). How to enroll in classroom training?
The user can view the courses he/she is enrolled in. Click on My Classroom Training link from Navigation block, and you will be directed to the classroom trainings page. Click on desired training for enrollment in Available tab.
If user already enrolled, it will display his/her status on particular training.
Regional/Department head will receive the training request notification email.
Note: Manage Enrollments feature is only available for Regional/Department head.
Your training request has been successfully sent to Mr. Tahir Baig. You will shortly receive a confirmation e-mail.
2 (b). How to manage enrollments in classroom training?
To manage the particular training enrollments, click on the particular training from the classroom trainings page then click on Manage Enrollments button, and you will be directed to the Manage Enrollments page.
Note: Manage Enrollments feature is only available for Regional/Department head.

In manage enrollments page, regional/department head can view the list of all enrollment requests either approved or rejected.
To approve a particular user, click the tick box available near that user and press the Accept Request button. User will receive an email and LMS notification regarding the confirmation of training.
To reject a particular user, click the tick box available near that user and press the Decline Request button. User will receive an email and LMS notification regarding the of training.
Note: Manage Enrollments feature is only available for Regional/Department head.
Remember: Notification will not receive if user turn-off the notification by notification settings.
2 (c). How to enroll users in classroom training?
In manage enrollments page, regional/department head can enroll the employees of his/her department or region.
To enroll the list of users of his/her department/region, press the Enroll Usersbutton.
To delate a particular user request, click the tick box available near that user and press the Delete responses button. This feature is added because if regional/department head enrolls the user mistakenly then he/she can remove that particular user.
Note: Manage Enrollments feature is only available for Regional/Department head.
Remember: Notification will generate not on delete responses.
2 (c). How to enroll users in classroom training?(continue..)
In enroll users page, regional/department head will view the two user list panel right is enrolled user list while the left panel represents the list of regional/department users.
To add a list of users, hold on CTRL key and select users from the right user list panel. Then press Add button. The selected users will move from right panel to left enrolled user list panel.
Note: Manage Enrollments feature is only available for Regional/Department head.
Remember: Notification will not on delete responses.
To remove a list of users, hold on CTRL key and select users from the left enrolled user list panel. Then press Remove button. The selected users will move from left enrolled user list panel to right un-enrolled user list panel.
3. How to access calendar?
To access the calendar, press Month in the calendar block.
4(a). How to view calendar events?
To view the event, press Events on top menu.
User can create new user events which is available only for his calendar view.
Note : Top menu is available on all pages except dashboard.
4 (b). How to export Calendar events?
Click on Export LMS Calendar from the Navigation block and user will be redirected to the export calendar page.
The user can export a calendar of event related to classroom, online courses, personal and site events. Also apply the date filter.
4 (c). How to view External Training Calendar?
Click on External Calendar tab in Main Menu and user will be redirected to the calendar repository page.
Below is the external training calendars.
5 (a). How to view profile page?
Click on View profile from the user menu
Note: User is not able to edit the First name, Surname, and email address. It is only editable by JS Admin.

Click on Edit profile from the user menu
Note: User is not able to edit the First name, Surname, and email address. It only be editable by JS Admin.
5 (c). How to change password?
Click on Key icon from the User Profile block available in dashboard only.
5 (c). How to change profile picture?
Click on Upload icon from the User Profile block available in dashboard only.
Here, User upload and send the change request for profile picture.
Note: User profile picture can’t be change until admin approve it.
