This a,artment consists of two floors. On the firstfloor is the living room ,dinette, kitchen and bath. Thesecond floor consists of two bedrooms and a bath,
Observation of the first floor ceiling revealed twospots near the divider just to the right as you enter theapartment and between the living room and dinette area. These two spots are lighter in color and appeared to be holesthat had been patched. Both spots are on the dinette side ofthe divider. '
The dinette area contains a h2 inch table and fourchairs. One of the sects mentioned above is next to thedivider while the other is within an inch of the first spot. The spot closest to the divider is about three fourths of aninch in diameter and is thirty three and three eights inchesfrom the window in the dinette to the center of the hole. Theother snot is about one half inch in diameter and is thirtythree inches from the window in the dinette to the center ofthe spot. p
Observation revealed these holes would have beenunder the bedroom on the right side as you climb the stairsto the second floor.
- It was determined at about the location over thespots - this bedroom that the wall to wall carpeting wasloose the kzft corner of the Yedroom near the window. Thiscarpet was easily pulled back to the dresser that is attachedto the wall of this bedroom, Under the carpet was a feltpadding of the typeusually found under carpeting that wastacked down at various intervals. Upon pulling up this paddingit was determined a piece of heavy paper had been glued inthis corner covering a section about three and one half feet by
