How job adder will make your recruitment easier
No more application packs. All selection criteria will need to be in the advert for the
applicant to address in their cover letter.
Instant publication of ads on job boards including intranet and website. No more
waiting for Tuesday and Thursday vacancies.
No more double handling of ads. Post ONE ad and it is placed on MULTIPLE job boards
(of your choice)
Bulk email functionality. No more having to email unsuccessful candidates separately.
Ability to search a national database for potential candidates within LWB. Note we
still need to keep aligned to the policy on what positions are to be advertised
internally and externally.

Intranet and all Positions Vacant will at least be posted to the Website) and select Continue 9. Select all the classifications for each job board and select Continue 10. Review ad and select Post Now

Managing Applications and Candidates Viewing new applications (if you are the owner) 1. Select Home Tab 2. All of your jobs will be in your My Jobs Dashboard 3. There is a New column which indicates how many new applications have come in since you last
reviewed. By clicking on the number in this column you will be taken into the Job Applications Area.
4. You can review the resume by clicking on the icon and which show you the applicants resume and cover sheet. You can also click the hyperlink and download the resume in word if you would prefer.
Viewing new applications (if you are not the owner) 1. Select Home Tab 2. Select My Jobs Heading and pick All Jobs from Dropdown
3. There is a New column which indicates how many new applications have come in since you last reviewed. By clicking on the number in this column you will be taken into the Job Applications Area.
4. You can review the resume by clicking on the icon which shows you the applicants resume and cover sheet. You can also click the hyperlink and download the resume in word if you would prefer.
Initial response to applicants Auto response is set up for applicants to say their application has been received.

Submitting resumes to contact (recruiting manager) 1. Select Jobs 2. Select the name of the Job Title 3. Tick the boxes of the relevant applicants you would like to send to the recruiting manager 4. Select Submit Candidate drop down 5. Select Submit Candidates Via Email 6. Select Job Applications to Recruiting Manager. An email will appear with the text from the template.
Complete the subject heading. You also need to select attach Formatted Resume (which is the cover letter the applicant should have outlined the selection criteria in) and the Latest Resume.

Emailing unsuccessful candidates 1. Select Jobs 2. Select the name of the Job Title 3. Tick the boxes of the relevant candidates 4. Select Send a Message drop down 5. Select Email the Candidate 6. Select the Unsuccessful Email template ( this has the fields of the applicants name and the position
title they applied for as a merge field ) 7. Once you apply the appropriate signature to the bottom of the email, (the national one is in the
template to use as a guide) you can send the email.
Emailing candidates to confirm interview 1. Select Jobs 2. Select the name of the Job Title 3. Tick the boxes of the relevant candidates 4. Select Send a Message drop down 5. Select email a candidate 6. Select the Confirmation of Interview template ( this has the fields of the applicants name and
position title they applied for in as a merge field) 7. Add in the date, time, address and details of the panel into the email body 8. Once you apply the appropriate signature to the bottom of the email, (the national one is in the
template to use as a guide) you can send the email.

Searching for suitable candidates and emailing candidates to see if they are interested in a position 1. Select Candidates 2. Select Search Candidates 3. Search for the properties you are interested in e.g. customer service 4. You can click on the candidates name to check their profile to see notes and to view our internal
profile on the candidate 5. When you have found the correct candidate, tick the boxes of the candidates you would like to email
to see if they are interested in being considered for the position that you have available. 6. Select Actions 7. Select Send an Email 8. Select Are you Interested template email 9. The email will open, fill in all of the relevant details and select Send
