(1) Direct Sales / Retail Profits

• Customers purchase products directly from you or your website

• You earn the difference between retail and wholesale

costs. See example below:

(2) Personal Customer Commissions

• Earn on the volume created from your Personal Customer purchases

• Volume accumulated and paid monthly

• All volume counts for qualification and team commissions

• Pays a 4,000 Bonus for every 21,000 and 42,000 Business Pack

• Rewards and connects upline leaders who are working with their downlines to enroll new Members

(6) Top Enroller Bonus

(7) STAR Bonus*

• Earn points by enrolling– New Members– New Preferred Customers

(7) STAR Bonus*

• New Member with a qualifying STAR Business Pack (21,000 or greater)– 5 points

• New Preferred Customer with a two box AutoShip– 1 point

• Need 8 points minimum to qualify

(8) STAR 7 Bonus*The STAR7 Bonus rewards new Members who quickly rise to STAR. Any new member who achieves STAR within 7 days of joining Javita earns a STAR7 Bonus of 4,000 PHP.

(Day 1 is considered the day after they join).

The STAR Builder Bonus rewards STARs who help their personally enrolled new Members achieve STAR.

Members earn a one time 2% share for every personally enrolled member that achieves STAR during the month.

The month a Member joins and the month they become a STAR may be different, but the bonus is paid based on the month they become a STAR.

For example:• Ken reaches Supervisor level in January. • He maintains that rank in February. • On March 18th, he will receive his car bonus of PHP 16,000.

* You must maintain supervisor or higher for two consecutive months to be eligible for the 1st payment of car bonus.* Car bonus the following month is paid based on ranking the previous month.

Members outside North America get lifestyle bonus which is half of

the car bonus amount.

(12) Manager and Director Builder Bonus

•Manager and Directors earn shares each month based on personally enrolled members who are at the Supervisor rank of higher.

Understanding the Team Commission TableAUTOSHIP PERSONAL VOLUME (PV)

Each box of tea or coffee = 25 volume

50 = 2 boxes100 = 4 boxes

ORGANIZATIONAL VOLUME SMALL LEGS

To calculate the small leg volume, find your biggest leg (A; one with the more volume). Then, sum up the volume of all other legs (B). If the sum of B’s is higher than A, Bs becomes

big leg and the A becomes small leg. No more than 60% volume should come from a single leg.

(16) Diamond Builder BonusThe Diamond Builder Bonus rewards Diamonds for helping their personally enrolled Members achieve Diamond.

To qualify a Member must be an active Diamond. Shares are earned for each personally enrolled Diamond leg. To qualify for a share, a Diamond does not need to be frontline, but must be personally enrolled.

Example: If a Diamond has four frontline legs with a personally enrolled Diamond in each leg they earn four shares. There is no maximum to the shares that can be earned, but there is a maximum of one share per frontline leg.

The Diamond Builder Bonus is paid monthly and consists of one percent (1%) global net commissionable volume.
